Will be returning to this lovely traditional inn in the New Forest with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was freshly cooked for us and there was a good choice. Servers were very friendly.
We ate in the pub on both evenings and dinner was very nice and a good choice.
The room was quite large and very comfortable with ample tea and coffee and nice quality bed linen and towels.

Cons:

Prices of drinks a little high but we understand that this is probably the going rate in the area.

Pros:

Nice pub in middle of New Forest. Large room and ample parking. Friendly staff. Food available on site, standard pub grub, but nice enough. One other evening option within walking distance.

Cons:

Heating was at first too cold then overnight too hot. But sorted after a bit.
