ragazzini e albanesi incompetenti gestiscono la reception siamo due clienti che hanno portato a questo hotel un bel po' di soldi e i receptionist che probabilmente con il loro stipendi non possono permettersi di stare tutte le notti in hotel e fanno le ripicche per il fumo in camera per il check out alle 12.30 20 € dopo che in una settimana abbiamo speso 400/500€ all interno dell hotel tra colazione e beveraggio mi spiace per il titolare che sicuramente non è uno di loro notando senza mai mancare di rispetto a nessuno e se il titolare ne è a conoscenza è meglio che cambia lavoro , non rechiamo danni alla struttura di nessuno tipo con clienti abituali per un po' più di sporco vivendoci e non transitandoci è consentita ma nella loro testa evidentemente no !!!! Le camere non sono da tre stelle .... Due e dire tanto in molte non c e neanche la tele funzionante e letti separati

Взяли номер на одну ночь по низкой цене с завтраком, для 60е это был прекрасный вариант. Тепло в комнате, чистая душевая. Было тихо. Шума за окном не слышно, хорошие окна. Теплое одеяло было в шкафу, две бутылочки воды и конфетки, хороший разнообразный завтрак. Персонал вежливый , ненавязчивый

La posizione perfetta per raggiungere in poco tempo Fabrique dove avevamo un concerto, la reception H24, il personale molto gentile, le acque in camera all'arrivo e kit cortesia completo.

Cons:

Camere praticamente senza insonorizzazione. Si sentono le sveglie delle altre persone, chi fa la doccia al piano superiore alle 5 del mattino e lo scarico dei gabinetti.
All'arrivo abbiamo trovato capelli sul pavimento.

Pros:

Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Frau Shabnam an der Rezeption. Sie war außerordentlich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Durch ihre freundliche Art habe ich mich sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

Leider entsprach mein Aufenthalt nicht meinen Erwartungen. Aufgrund einer Baustelle im bzw. am Hotel war es im Zimmer sehr laut, sodass die Erholung stark beeinträchtigt wurde.
Außerdem hatte ich ein Zimmer mit französischem Bett gebucht, habe jedoch stattdessen ein sehr kleines Zimmer erhalten, das offenbar als Einzelzimmer genutzt wird und nur mit einem kleinen Doppelbett ausgestattet war. Dies entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie.
