Hotel Molise 2

The hair dryer in the bathroom was broken (but the staff at the front desk kindly lent us one) and the wifi didn't seem to work.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff appeared unprofessional and did not adequately address the issues we reported.

The room was in very poor condition. The mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable, the shower leaked from multiple places, and the toilet flush was broken.

We had originally booked two separate nights, as we were traveling to another destination for four days in between our stays. After our first night, we reported all of these issues and asked for them to be resolved before our return.

Unfortunately, when we came back, none of the problems had been fixed. To make matters worse, we were assigned the exact same room with the same unresolved issues. When we requested a different room, we were moved to one that was even worse, with a very strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the room.

Considering the price charged for the stay, the overall quality and condition of the rooms were completely unacceptable. The hotel is significantly overpriced for what it offers, and the level of comfort and service falls far below what one would reasonably expect.

Overall, the lack of maintenance, poor communication, and failure to address guest concerns made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel

Breakfast, dismissive welcome and staff. They make you feel as cheap as the place is.

Las camas eran super duras y las almohadas casi inexistentes, demasiado blandas.

Inizio subito con l'evidenziare la porta scorrevole della doccia rotta, quasi cadente durante l'uso, anche piuttosto rischioso devo dire...e lo scarico del lavandino non funzionante. La pecca più grande è stato il casino che si è creato alle 7:30 del mattino proveniente dai piani più bassi. Non il migliore dei risvegli

Colazione pessima, stanza piccola che puzzava di fumo stile cinema anni 70, non trovati bagnoschiuma e teli bagno, parcheggio interno malmesso al costo di 15 euro….
