L’accoglienza è stata pessima.
I miei genitori hanno avuto una disavventura.
All’ingresso hanno avuto difficoltà con il check-in con una ragazza in particolare.
Sicuramente aveva le sue ragioni, ma nei modi non è stata per niente accogliente e poco empatica.
Un vero disastro.
Per fortuna la situazione è cambiata non appena ha preso parte alla conversazione un altro collega.

Il Personale di servizio non parla una parola in italiano.Avevamo il copriletto sporco e per far capire che dovevano cambiarcelo abbiamo passato i guai. Abbiamo chiesto un the caldo ma ci è stata portata una bottiglietta normale di acqua fredda.

È molto vicino al palazzo del ghiaccio mia destinazione
Bagno pulito e con una doccia moderna.

Cons:

La Camera era un pochino troppo stretta per due letti separati, armadio poco pratico con poche grucce.
