I'd expect more from a big chain.
Cons:

The rooms are tired. The food was poor and the kitchen closed at 7.45pm

Pros:

The staff were friendly, everything else was shockingly bad.

Cons:

Dirty room, TV with one channel, carpet ripped up and stained, smells, can't leave or return to the premises between 11pm to 7:30am.

Disappointed with room , would recommend food however
Pros:

Location , food was fantastic and plentiful!

Cons:

Room smelled of damp , in need of upgrade and proper clean to get ready d of damp smell . Room I was allocated had an incredibly noisy furnace which disturbed my peace and sleep .

A Real Gem!
Pros:

Such great staff! Really helpful and the breakfast was brilliant value for money. Room very clean and spacious - great value all-round.

Easy check in check out friendly staff,lovely breakfast,ans the room was nice
Pros:

It’s a stunning building on the outside and inside was very well laid out

Cons:

It only had one plug box with 2 sockets in the room but it was over by the kettle not by the side of our beds

Besoin d'être sérieusement rafraîchi, mais confortable
Pros:

Le personnel était très sympa ! Le parking est grand et gratuit. Le lit était très confortable.

Cons:

L'accès à l'hôtel après la fermeture du pub au rez-de-chaussée se fait par la sortie de secours à l'étage... Étrange mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé au final.
Les lieux communs de l'hôtel même sont très vieux et pas très accueillants au premier abord. Cet hôtel a besoin d'être sérieusement rafraîchi, mais la chambre et le confort dans elle-ci compense la vétusté du reste.

Personeel was vriendelijk

Cons:

Heel klein, oncomfortabel bed (een twijfelaar)
De kamer had uitzicht op Tata steel
Versleten indruk zoals het behang en de kitranden
Ontbijt was wat karig. Ondanks de ontbijtkaart en geboekt inclusief ontbijt was er geen extra keuze uit bijvoorbeeld toast of jam. Kregen alleen thee of koffie bij ontbijt aangeboden geen jus d'orange oid
