Staff were polite and couldn't do enough

The TV in the bedroom ,Shawer in bedroom ,Cutlery in bedroom .. Breakfast area ,cob web and dirt round skating board.
The big giant fan outside room window very noisy
Nothing in particular . In fact was a pub with rooms above . Nothing like in the pictures the rooms though
The room given was a basic single room quite rudimentary for the money paid also you had to go though the pub to get in and out and after a certain hour you had to use the fire escape to get in and out of the room . Pretty sure not health and safety way of having guest exiting and entering accommodation apart from the emergency procedures .

Landings omit an unpleasant odour. Rooms need a revamp. I ordered a sirloin steak and it was awful.
The staffs were very kind and welcoming. They allocated a room as per our request which we are grateful for.
There was some dust under the beds but overall the room was clean.

Close to Margam park and tons of boiling hot water in bath
Vehicles with missing wheels and broken windows in car park doesn’t inspire confidence . Police cell style door to room, dated and worn. Bar was noisy too loud to sleep so joined in the watching the karaoke
