Struttura nuova, camere pulite.

Cons:

Non c’è ascensore.
La mia camera era all ultimo piano, cioè il 4, raggiungibile solo tramite una scala che negli angoli diventa a chiocciola, molto ripida e stretta.
Il corrimano non accompagna tutto il percorso e la luce della scala lampeggiava all’ultimo piano.
Se lo avessi saputo, non avrei prenotato, perché viaggiavo con una persona con difficoltà motorie.
Ho chiesto un’altra camera, pagando il supplemento, mi è stato detto che nn era possibile e anche dopo la struttura non si è mostrata disponibile!
Basterebbe specificarlo così la gente è libera di decidere in base alle proprie necessità.

Pros:

Lo staff era molto gentile, la grandezza e la pulizia della stanza, ma più di tutto la vicinanza al mare. In soli cinque minuti eravamo in spiaggia. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Sehr schöne Ausstattung. WLAN sehr gut. Klimaanlage sehr gut. Parkmöglichkeiten sehr gut. In der Nähe sehr großer Parkplatz für ein Tagesticket 5 €. Oder gegenüber des großen Parkplatzes gibt es kostenfreie Parkplätze. . In der Nähe ein Conad Geschäft. Strand sehr klares Wasser. Abends auf der Strandpromenade viele Bars, Lokale und Aktivitäten. (STRANDPROMENADE IST IN DER Nähe.
Der Besitzer sehr freundlich (telefonisch) nicht persönlich getroffen. Kühlschrank im Zimmer ca. 50 cm x 50 cm. Sehr guter Kaffee und Teilchen in der Konditorei (Café).

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut. Der Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon war verrostet. Kein Becher im Bad. Der Fernseher hatte schlechten oder gar kein Empfang. Gäste sehr laut. Kein Personal Vorort nur zur Schlüsselübergabe und zum reinigen. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe (Die Frau?) Hat sich nicht vorgestellt und hat mich in der prallen Hitze 1 Stunde warten lassen. Nach ihrer Aussage, war es zu heiß zum kommen. Hat mir kommentarlos 3 Zettelchen gegeben wo drauf stand Cappuccino und Brioche. ( Man kann sich den Kaffee und das Teilchen in der Konditorei aussuchen. ) Das Café oder Konditorei befindet sich auf der anderen Straßenseite, macht sehr früh auf. Das Personal sehr unfreundlich und unfähig. Die Eingangsstüre des Hotels sehr laut zum Schließen. Die Treppen zu den Zimmern sind nicht für Menschen mit Behinderung , korpulente oder älteren Menschen geeignet da sie sehr steil und sehr schmal sind.. Die Duschtüre ist sehr schmal und sehr schlecht zum reinkommen. Für Menschen mit Behinderung, älteren Menschen sowie etwas korpulente Menschen nicht geeignet. Man sollte den Gästen darauf aufmerksam machen die Stühle in den Zimmern hochzuheben und nicht zu schieben die Eingangsstüre leise zumachen und in den Zimmer nicht Fußball zu spielen.
