Buona posizione

Cons:

Per salire nella stanza abbiamo dovuto fare a piedi 3 piani di una scala ripida, stretta e a chiocciola. Il bagno era micro, ho rischiato di graffiarmi sedendomi al bidet in quanto c'erano bulloni che fuoriuscivano dalla parete. Doccia solo per persone skinny perché apertura difficoltosa. Dispenser bagnoschiuma E sapone vuoti. Nessun parcheggio custodito.

Würde ich nicht mehr nehmen.

Wenn ich eine Unterkunft mit Parkplatz suchen dann soll es in der Unterkunft sein und nicht irgendwo.
Wenn es Kalt ist dann braucht man Heizung. Es ist eine Klimaanlage da aber sehr schwach.
Geruchs Erscheinungen aus dem Bad unerträglich.
Getto Gegend.
Umgebung sehr dreckig.
Wir haben uns verkühlt.
Frühstück gegenüber aber keine Auswahl. Es ist Bäckerei es kamm mir vor wie das wir nicht erwünscht sind.

Unser Aufenthalt fiel in die Wintersaison, entsprechend ruhig oder eigentlich fast ausgestorben war diese im Sommer sicher sehr touristische Stadt - dass kein einziges Restaurant in der Umgebung offen hatte, kann dem Vermieter natürlich nicht angelastet werden. Auch das Café, in dem das Frühstück serviert worden wäre, hatte geschlossen, der Vermieter bot deshalb eine Reduktion des Preises an.
Das Appartement erfüllte des Zweck einer Familienreise bestens. Die Rezeption ist zwar nicht besetzt, aber jemand vom Personal erschien pünktlich zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt der An- und Abreise zur Abwicklung der Formalitäten.

Cons:

Die steile Stiege im Eingangsbereich könnte für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ein großes Hindernis darstellen.

Was given a larger room than booked, which was exceptional value for money. Newly fitted place right in the centre of town, clean and comfortable, with good wifi. Included breakfast consisted of coffee and cornetto in nearby cafe. Had dinner in a nearby pizzeria/restaurant (not much open in MdS in January).

Cons:

I was there on a cold day in January, and the room was cold when I arrived. The aircon never really warmed it up. However, there was an extra quilt, so I had a good night.
