Pros:

Easy access to train station for Warriors game. Clean and tidy

Cons:

No couch to watch tv. A tv could be in bedroom.

Avoid at all costs
Pros:

Really can't think of anything.

Cons:

Heavy bass from the gym waking you up at 6am. When I told them about the noise they knew all about it, but wouldn't give a refund because not enough people had complained about it that day!
Dirty and ripped sheets. Blinds sticky and disgusting, not covering the whole window leaving large slits of light. Then a whole window without any cover.
Single glazed windows so very easy to hear the street.
The lift takes ages to go anywhere so I ended up giving up and taking my luggage up the stairs.

Just avoid this place, get somewhere else- there's lots of choice around!

I’m not happy I’d recommend no one staying.
Pros:

Well I didn’t stay when I got there the Parking was way too dangerous I’d never stay in a Shopping centre carpark let alone in Porirua I didn’t stay!!!

Position, friendly staff, great reception facilities

Cons:

Town noise, town lights, lack of heat pump. Fan white noise didnt disguise belligerent people wandering the streets below the hotel, very few parking spaces and cars were parked publicly with potential issues with breakins - gym opposite hotel using street for loud early group activities
