お得感満載で、いつもながら東横イン最高でした。
Pros:

ファミリープランがあった点。
朝食ビュッフェのおばちゃんが優しく、新しいものが出ると子どもに教えてくれたからさらに素敵な朝食になれた点

駐車場の予約は別で、後から電話かなにかで予約しなければならなかったのがわかりにくかった点。

チェックイン時に、お部屋にないアメニティをお取りくださいとの案内で、アメニティコーナーからいただきました。部屋に入ると櫛がなく、櫛がないことを伝えるとそれはフロントで渡しているので降りて来てとのこと...で、あれば、チェックイン時にひとこと櫛が必要か聞いて欲しかったです。案内もなかったのになんでこっちが降りるんだろう...とモヤモヤしました。

東横イン恐るべし
Pros:

朝食の味噌汁
理由は通常のホテルにもみそ汁はありますが、中にたくさんの具が入っていました。
朝食を作って頂いているスタッフにも伝えました。
コストが大きな問題になっているでしょう。
であれば、ごはんにもっと追求してみては、炊き方、時間、等々
結果お客さんから色々文句言われるかと思いますが、最高のごはんと今あるみそ汁、おしんこ(納豆、卵　これは難しいかと思いますが)で私は問題ないです。
