Parking was good for a town centre hotel, breakfast was good.

Cons:

On arrival we wanted to book a table for an evening meal only to find they were not serving food that night. We had to go out and find somewhere else to eat. Rooms were very small, no extractor fans in bathrooms, beds felt as if they were tipping the wrong way, and almost banana shaped.

We would not recommend although it was very clean and the friendly staff did their best.
Pros:

The chairs in the bar/lounge were comfortable but the lighting poor, too dark to read. There was neither the comfort of a hotel or the atmosphere of a bar.

Cons:

The hotel was closed when we arrived. When we did book in the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building. The chef was late turning up for work so breakfast was delayed. The yogurt was frozen, the cooked breakfast was just acceptable.

Small rooms, basic, OK for a work stay but not if you’re looking for a treat or a nice weekend away
Pros:

Not much, wouldn’t stay again

Cons:

Very small rooms, all a bit tired and very basic, booked breakfast but they had no chef in the morning so couldn’t offer a breakfast but they agreed to refund the breakfast.
