Pros:

On a three night visit they put me in a room I did not reserve for the first night . No window, noisy and a bathroom I would not shower in. Second night I was moved to the room I booked. Internet was not working, and honestly the nastiness dirty room I have ever stayed. Left a day early and was assured I would receive a full refund for the last night I didn't stay. No refund was credited!

Las fotos definitivamente no son como es el hotel, están embellecidas, pero no es tan malo, funciona bien para llegar y descansar, accesible por el costo y no creía lo de las cucarachas pero si me encontré una en el baño, pero creo que no es de las comunes de casa sino de tierra, quizá por el parque que hay al lado. Por relación precio calidad creo que es apropiado, pero las fotos engañan un poco. Se ve que tuvo su mejor época el hotel.

Pros:

La habitación era muy grande y cómoda. El jacuzzi funcionó a la perfección. Y las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas, y la vista que tiene hace que te relajes. La atención del personal fue muy buena. Nos quedamos muy contentos mi esposo y yo que, primeramente Dios, la próxima vez que vayamos a Guadalajara será una de nuestras opciones para hospedarnos.
