It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Cons:

There was no hot water and didn’t tell us about it until we got to the room and noticed that the water wasn’t heating up. Went downstairs to notify them they said “oh yea we won’t have hot water for a week”. I paid in-person and they didn’t tell me before I actually paid for the room. hallways are full of trash and dirt no one vacuums, staff is very rude in person and on the phone.

Pros:

The main thing we like about this property is the location, it’s nearby everything .

Cons:

There was literally no hot water our entire stay and they only took off $8 as a discount. Then we didn’t even have a lock on the bathroom door and the main door to the room you had to shut it hard for it to close.

I seriously doubt we would ever stay again.

We liked its location.

Cons:

We were shocked to learn there was no hot water
at the check-in. We were without hot water for our entire stay. Additionally, the ice maker was inoperable. There was no Do Not Disturb sign.

Would not recommend unless you're desperate.

The front desk staff was friendly.

Cons:

There was a moldy smell, in the elevator and hallways. Room was not clean. Sheets were...but bathroom (sink & tub) had little hairs, like they just wiped it "clean" with a dirty rag.
