I don’t understand why it has so many bad reviews. My stay was great. It was clean the breakfast was good. The front desk was nice. Overall it was a very good experience for not a high price.
Great Location
Easy to locate
Paid online and was told that my room hadn’t been paid for and to call Booking.com, which i did. After an hour and a half of being on the phone with customer service, nobody could get ahold of hotel staff to resolve the issue. I explained to the staff working that evening that customer service was trying to call and it came off like they didn’t care at all to help me resolve the issue. After going back and forth a couple of times, I was finally allowed to check in. That, however, did not resolve the issue entirely. When we got into the room, the smoke detector was out of batteries, so it beeped constantly throughout our stay and at no point could we get anyone to come change the batteries. My husband went to the desk to ask for batteries for us to just change it ourselves and they gave him the wrong batteries, which wasn’t helpful. Finally, at checkout we were told that room was never paid for even AFTER being allowed to check in, and AFTER spending over an hour on the phone myself trying to resolve the issue. Very poor experience overall
AC did not work. The door knobs kept falling off. The rooms smell like pee. I got charged double when the rooms were already paid off.

The sink didn't have hot water towels and rags had long hair on them on several spots of the fabric
The pillows sucked! The AC was old and didnt cool enough. You can tell the property is OLD and needs renovation😒
The staff was friendly, alert and excellent. It felt good soon as I walked in and felt good when I was departing. I like that there was a small gym downstairs. The price for my stay compared to the quality of the hotel was overachieving.
I was looking for a microwave. There was hair in my bathroom when I got there
Breakfast is okay! But checking in was very slow; each client have to wait for forty-five minutes before it gets to your turn. Obviously, we have to wait in the cube for two hours before we were able to check in.
The room we are in; refrigerator was not cooling, no microwave in the room on the first day.
But I thank God for Mr. Paul; he was a savior according to my daughter.
He came in and changed the refrigerator and brought us a microwave.
He was a very nice guy and kind hearted person too.
Me n my grandson slept under this and all though they may have wash the blankets and sheets whoever made the bed n still thought this was ok its not throw things like this away

The room was bad no Internet and no pool which was a decision maker drunks door wouldn’t lock no hot water

Everything there weee bed bugs and the aches and the staff was unhelpful

There was a lot of lingering folks. We arrived before 3pm and were told we could not check in early or there would be a $50 charge. We went back a little after 3pm and could not be checked in until almost 4pm. They offered a complimentary breakfast from 6am-10am and by 7am it still was not open so we were not able to eat before leaving.

The hotel was not up to code it was plenty of hazards and health concerns. The elevator was out of order. They were giving customers room keys with people already in them. This honestly was not a great experience at all. My hotel room didn’t have hot water. So be careful when booking here, because they won’t give you any refund.
