Pros:

The staff was so wonderful. I arrived late at the hotel on Friday and I was helped right away by the young lady at the desk to get my items up to my room. Each day, the staff were so friendly and helpful. They absolutely forgave my dog for having accidents in the hotel lobby! I was so embarrassed and they were so understanding! Breakfast was good too! The chocolate croissant OMG! The location was awesome too. Literally tons of stores, banks, restaurants and exchange nearby. Lively neighborhood! Sitting outside eating breakfast with my dog was nice too!

Cons:

The bed was a bit firm for me. I like a softer bed, but everything else was perfect.

A wonderful stay with friendly staff, great breakfast, and a perfect central location
Pros:

The hotel was great from beginning to end. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is in the center. We will definitely be back soon.

Pros:

Great central location. Friendly staff. Very accommodating and agreed to change our dates although we had a nonrefundable booking. Nice breakfast (although to much at the sweeter side for my taste).

Pros:

Super Lage, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr sauber, Hallil und seine Leute vom Frühstückstbüffet haben uns regelrecht verwöhnt, und uns sogar ein Lunchpacket für die Rückreise gemacht. Der Wäscheservice funktioniert top. Die Jacke unserer Tochter war total verdreckt und wurde uns nach wenigen Stunden sauber wieder ausgehändigt. Kosten 2 €. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Reception hilft einem auch gerne weiter, auch was Stadtbesichtigungen usw. betrifft.

Cons:

Das Regenwetter im Februar..Hatten wohl Pech.

Vorrei consigliare questo hotel perché è veramente eccellente... stanza e bagno bellissimo..grande e spazioso.pulizia super ovunque.Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale immensa.. Viaggio molto e posso confrontare la colazione con altri hotel e vi garantisco che colazione che ho trovato qui non mi è mai capitata...pazzesca...con dolci artigianali. Tante torte biscotti.. pancake...ecc ..salato ..tutto .

Unica cosa non vi spaventate appena arrivate perché esternamente non è molto bello palazzo ma interno è bellissimo....

Che dire le recensioni lette su questo hotel erano totalmente veritiere! Pulizia delle stanze e degli spazi comuni impeccabile, ragazzi dello staff tutti gentilissimi e posizione veramente strategica per raggiungere a piedi tutt’e le principali attrazioni! Una nota di merito va a Irena che ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste sempre con il sorriso e mai scocciata! Che dire il metro hotel sarà sicuramente il nostro hotel preferito a Tirana

Il water era provvisto di bidet integrato.
