Non c’era asciugamano per mani e viso.
Non avevo la colazione inclusa e ma mi hanno fatto pagare l’acqua, senza che la bottiglietta fosse di benvenuto. Hanno detto che l’acqua del lavandino è potabile ma non c’era indicazione in camera in tal senso!
Per il prezzo pagato della camera singola, sembra una mancanza di ospitalità e accoglienza basica!
Room was very spacious and completely quiet.

I highly recommend Palazzo Scamozzi. The three staff members with whom I interacted during my less-that-24-hours stay were all superb as well as multi-lingual; the location is great (within walking distance from the train station, just inside the city walls); and the clean, comfortable, modern, and spacious rooms offer exceptional value for money.
We loved everything about this hotel, the staff, the breakfast, the room - all lovely. We had a great 3 night stay

We felt very welcomed by all hotel staff, especially Vadim who responded to all our needs and made our stay in Vicenza just wonderful. The hotel has a lovely modern calm decor. The junior suite is definitely worth it! Recommend it most strongly.
