The employee at the desk was very friendly and welcoming .she explained everything made sure we haf everything we needed.morning staff was great as well breakfast was very good. room was very clean and bathroom.definitely willl be back.the hotel was close to everything .

Location made it tricky to deal with traffic in late afternoon/early evening. Bit of a challenge to get to restaurants
The laundry room not working for more then 2 months. No notation of it being down.
There was a mix up with my room and the overnight staff was gracious and kind with helping me. I could have easily been stranded sleeping in my car on a very chilly night. But the madam working late was so wonderful and kept me from having a full blown panic attack.
Bed was comfortable, everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good! Safe area
The only thing I didn’t like was that the air conditioner was a little loud and so you would hear it when it cut on and off. However, we had a fan and I used a white noise app on my phone. Slept great!
