Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us—far enough from the busy town center to enjoy peace and quiet, yet still close enough to reach everything easily.

The views were outstanding, and the surrounding landscape made the stay even more relaxing. The hotel amenities were excellent and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which featured delicious homemade local specialties and gave us a genuine taste of the region.

The staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and always willing to help with any request. Parking was also very convenient, making the overall experience even more comfortable.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with beautiful scenery, excellent service, and authentic local hospitality.

Cons:

Did not find the cutting board, but it's a small thing:)

Pros:

La posizione del Residence è fantastica, il panorama è veramente mozzafiato.
Ottima l’accoglienza, la pulizia, l’organizzazione, la piscina, la colazione e l’apericena.
Settimana di vacanza in famiglia perfetta! E l’olio extravergine di oliva ….TOP!

Bellissima location
Pros:

Vista magnifica, location appartata, in collina, tranquillità assicurata. Piscina molto bella sempre pulita e mai affollata. Manutenzione del verde perfetta. Ottima colazione e apricene pugliesi.

Cons:

Se devo proprio trovare una pecca, il posizionamento sul balcone delle macchine esterne dei condizionatori. Scaldano molto e siccome per parecchi appartamenti il balcone è condiviso con un altro appartamento, anche se separato da un muretto basso, se i vicini lasciano acceso è difficile mangiare all'aperto perchè si muore di caldo... bisognerebbe orientarle verso il cortile.

Un’esperienza che ci farà tornare.
Pros:

La struttura è a conduzione famigliare e ben curata. La posizione è ottima, a qualche minuto d’auto dal centro e trovandosi sulle colline di fronte a Vieste permette di avere un’ottima vista sulla città stando comodamente a bordo piscina o seduti ad assaporare un gustoso apericena.
Un particolare ringraziamento a Giovanni e Matilde, sempre presenti durante tutto il giorno.
Da non perdere la colazione con i dolci e le focacce di Matilde… irresistibili!
Un grazie a tutto lo staff. Ci torneremo.

Een schitterend verblijf. Aanrader.

Het uitzicht, het domein op zich. Bar aanwezig. Vriendelijkheid, parkeren op domein. Rustig gelegen. Alles dik in orde. Prijs kwaliteit zeker ok.

Résidence très propre et bien entretenue avec une grande piscine et une vue imprenable sur la ville. A l'accueil Giovanni est toujours souriant et à l'écoute.

Cons:

Le séjour cuisine de l'appartement même s'il est fonctionnel est petit, c'est plutôt une cuisine avec un fauteuil.

Beautiful location, very relaxing, wish we had stayed longer.
Pros:

The location was stunning for the view and the facilities were excellent. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the special Happy Hour dinner was delicious. The staff were very kind and nothing was too much trouble. Vieste town centre and the beach is only a 3 minute drive away. It is a very special location and we wish we had stayed longer.

Pros:

Prenez une chambre avec vue sur mer, balcon, top vue sur Vieste que l on domine de la colline. L appartement est très agréable, bien équipé, très propre, le personnel est top, le petit déjeuner également. Parking sécurisé et abrité pour les motos.

Cons:

Absolument rien.
