Worst experience ever!
Pros:

Cockroaches were all over the room. Gross!! Dog feces was,all over tile floor on west exit to parking lot. Was not cleaned all day. Rarely was,anyone at the front desk. Worst hotel experience ever. I would never stay at a Sonesta Hotel again!

Pros:

The price was fairly reasonable for the average price during World Cup for accommodations in Houston area.

Cons:

It smelled like cigarettes in the room and reeked of urine in the bed. Traces of hair on the shower towels.

It was good and definitely would do it again
Pros:

I did not have breakfast however my stay was exemplary to a hotel

Cons:

I liked everything but the TV signal would go on and off at times just on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning but nothing really bad to complain about

All of my family members experienced extreme saggy-ness in the middle of their mattresses. We were not able to find a position in the bed where our bodies did not roll to the middle. The morning result...... Extreme Backaches 😞

It is comfortable to stay in this place.
Pros:

The whole property smells so good, everything is clean and I love how the room has a kitchen with cooking and eating utensils prepared.

Cons:

The door was hard to open and phone isn’t working.

Great place
Pros:

Everything was excellent, clean ,didn't have no smell ,pretty room ,will do it again

Cons:

Ac was ok didn't have more power to throw air coming out of ac unit but room still was cool and cold during day and night, no pool and no free breakfast

The girl staff was good & the guy staff not really. You have to pay cash for food/drink at the front
Pros:

The room was very spacious, a nice long desk for eating or doing work on. The TV was okay, nothing to write home about, but the bathroom was clean, the shower was nice, but the soap itself was meh to say the least.

Cons:

The TV and because I had to pay cash to get a drink or food from the front lobby as there are no vending machines. I only had card on me so I couldn't buy anything.
