This property is clean & smells great! The staff is nice.
The price changes & it’s a little too expensive.
The do the bait and switch I was quoted a price and was charged $50 extra. There was no one at the check out in the morning
Over charged $50
They over charged me $50
They over charged me $60
The size of the room.
So many things. I’ll list a few:
-The smell when walking through the hallway, just past the front desk was a combination of a musty mildew or mold, marijuana, and a faint hint of expired something.
-The room i stayed in had a trash bin filled with trash and food left from the previous occupant that also smelled bad.
-Just about anything in the room with metal was rusty and generally unclean. The dust in the room was almost immediately noticed by my occasional fits of allergic reactions (coughing, sneezing).
-The phones didn’t work, the dresser drawer wouldn’t stay closed, and the sink stopper in the bathroom didn’t work. Because of that I couldn’t drain the sink. I called to complain and they just said someone would be there to fix it in the morning. So no bathroom sink. Then the toilet wouldn’t flush, no plunger in sight. I just kept flushing and after the 7th time it worked.
-The AC seemed to be motion activated so if it didn’t sense movement for a time, it would reset to a temp I didn’t want. That made my stay uncomfortable.
-This next one was probably on me, but apparently the hotel was an “extended stay” so with only staying 2 nights, the room didn’t qualify for housekeeping. I have been to extended stays and they would only clean and refresh the room once a week if you were staying a week, but the shorter stays had daily cleans. It was just annoying to have to take out the trash and go get new towels and such. That’s kind of supposed to be the expected perk when staying in a hotel, or so I thought until staying here.
-Lastly, I spotted a baby cockroach scurrying on the kitchen counter and disappeared under the coffee maker. I’m shocked that this place was considered “3 stars” online.
-Also, even though the staff were friendly, one of them I spoke to was pretty unconcerned with my experience. She didn’t really mind that I was clearly unhappy. Not rude, just not hospitable which is essential in the hotel business.
The room was clean except the couch which was stained. The location was close to NASA. After the remodel it could be an above average hotel
The hotel was under heavy construction and we were not aware until check in. The staff wasnt very friendly or understanding considering the circumstances. The couch in the room was old and had a lot of stains and we found mice droppings in the fold out
No dog's, people want to relax
I was very disappointed bugs, crawling roaches. Actually, I even switch rooms and still had a problem with roaches in the shower on the shower curtain. The toilet did not flush in the room. Did I switch to her it just was a bad experience they were doing some painting and I understand trying to upgrade it but it is ridiculous. The bug infestation, overall the first night I did not get any sleep because the bugs were on the nightstand and the lamp that was on the next to the bed
Bug infestation no help with it switched rooms they don’t check the toilets a razor blade was left on top of the icebox paint was on the floor
