Awful experience
Pros:

Available at last minute.

Cons:

Directions from booking.com took us to a vacant lot. Had to use GPS. The room looked nice until you turned the lights off. Roaches. Three hard pillows for a deluxe king bed. Three towels that were for little kids. The towel to put on the floor after a shower was completely drenched and stained. Its like they left it from the previous stay. The faucet in the shower was broke. Had to move it around to get the water to come on. Had to do the same to turn it off. The ratings are wrong. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Will not return
Pros:

We did not get the room we booked which was suppose to be a king. The staff called the morning of our arrival and confirmed everything-but when we arrived they said no king was available and we were put in a room with 2 double beds.

Cons:

Not having our room we booked 2 months prior and they were very rude. Also while we were there, the owners of the hotel had a massive fight with their son and we could hear hitting, slapping, yelling, screaming, etc. through the connecting door. It went on so long and I was scare to come out of the room. I also called the police.

The good and the bad
Pros:

The room was well cleaned and tidy. Above standard, it had a walk-in closet and was a lot more than what we expected for the price. The room was more spacious and cleaner than a hotel resort we stayed at last time. The location was great; literally everything we needed was less than half a mile away. The night staff was extremely friendly and welcoming as well.

Cons:

The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. They felt extremely hard, and the pillows had literally no cushion. We woke up with a lot of pain in our backs. The night staff was great, very welcoming, but I did not appreciate the "courtesy call" in the morning and felt rushed to leave when it was only 9 a.m. and checkout was at 11. If the beds and pillows were upgraded, I would definitely highly recommend it to others.

It was ok but I didn’t get the room I booked for due to the mess up of Booking.com according to front desk.
Pros:

Great location and secure all around with a fence.

Cons:

No complimentary breakfast or area to sit at and socialize. Felt like it’s only a place to sleep and get out. No pool or exercise room. Good price tho for overnight that’s all.
