Disappointing stay – unhygienic conditions, poor hospitality, slow emergency response for my injured child, and extremel

The facilities are nice, but the stay was disappointing due to poor hospitality.

Cons:

Unacceptable Hygiene: We found a large nail inside the toilet, which is extremely unhygienic and shocking.

Lack of Basic Hospitality: We checked in late, and not a single gesture of hospitality was offered. In this extreme heat, no water was provided upon arrival, which is very disappointing and not in line with expected standards.

Inadequate Medical Assistance: My son was bleeding, and I requested a first aid kit. The response was slow and unprepared. They didn’t even have a waterproof plaster, despite us staying at a beachfront property where such items are essential.

Unprofessional Staff Behavior: One of your security team members was extremely rude to my children and to me. His tone, body language, and inappropriate staring. I have his name and you are free to call for details.
