La vista desde la habitación, increíble... Todo muy limpio y bien en general. El desayuno estuvo muy rico y la atención también muy amable.

Cons:

Sólo dos detalles: Cuando llegamos nos molestó que unos huéspedes estuvieron toda la tarde en la piscina con música a muy alto volumen, y tuvimos que llamar a la administración para pedir que le bajaran. Otro detalle es que, como vegetarianos, en el restaurante no tuvimos muchas opciones para la comida y tuvimos que salir a comer en otro lugar.

Pros:

La piscina y el trato del personal, nos dejaron quedarnos un rato más en la piscina sin costo alguno. Si quieres hacer un late check out tiene un costo de $300 pesos hasta las 6:00pm

Cons:

El ruido del aire acondicionado y la habitación de al lado hicieron una fiesta hasta tarde y nunca bajaron él volumen no pudimos descansar y los del hotel no hicieron nada. Las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas.

Good accommodation option, for a little above the price for what it offers.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, has excellent landscaping and the view of the lake is breathtaking.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well ventilated.
The pool is very well maintained and in an excellent position, with an infinity edge overlooking the lake.
Waking up to the sound of birds singing was one of the highlights of the trip.

Cons:

The cable TV controls didn't work properly. I couldn't use them.
The shower hose didn't seal, which made it difficult to take a shower.
The air conditioning was very noisy, to the point that I had to turn it off to sleep. Luckily the night was cool and there were no mosquitoes, so I was able to sleep with the window open.
The restaurant, although well located, leaves something to be desired in terms of the quality of the food.
