It was good choice for this trip to Calgary.
Pros:

Great location, clean facility, very friendly staff.

Cons:

Very simple breakfast, at the airport Wyndham hotel was much better with different choices available.

Disappointing, more 2 star than 3 star
Pros:

Hotel was tolerable for one night, glad we were not staying longer.

Pros: staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was free and accessible

Cons: pool area was disgusting with bugs crawling around, scum around edges of hot tub, hot tub cold & pool freezing. If staying give the pool a miss!
Heating unit was right beside bed meaning air was intermittently blowing on us throughout the night, not only disturbing sleep but feeling gross with circulated air hitting you.

It was okay. Had to call because we had no hot water and they eventually came and said it doesn’t get very hot.

Fix the alarm asap next time
Pros:

Good price for quiet room until morning when alarm on hotel room across mine woke me up

Cons:

The alarm waking me up, and when I told front desk nothing was done. I requested laye checkout but left 3 hours earlier

Pros:

Everything really, there was a really lovely lady, she is part of the housekeeping team. She was so lovely. She helped me move my things to another room when I needed to and was very happy to help me. The staff at the reception, too, were lovely. They assisted with early check-in as I needed it. Oh and they have smart TVs in the rooms which is very lovely. You watch your own from Prime video, netflix etc.

Cons:

Nothing to be fair.

Very nice, staff was sweet, and easy to book and get everything set up.
Pros:

I loved the train noise, and the bed was super comfy and clean.

Cons:

the door has gaps that make it very easy to hear noise on the other side.
