Great location
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location. Really comfortable large rooms, well laid out. Great shower and towels. We had a balcony room which was lovely, we did manage to sit out and have a morning coffee. Staff were amazing! Breakfast good.

Cons:

The bar closing at 11 pm. After a day out sightseeing it's nice to have a night cap back at your hotel. We found this disappointing for a 4 star hotel

Luxuriöses, modernes Hotel an einem Touristenhotspot
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr touristischen Gegend, nur drei Minuten von der zentralen Metro-Station Deak Ferenc Ter. Auf der Straße ist bis weit in die Nacht noch sehr viel los, doch auch in einem straßenseitig gelegenen Zimmer ist der Lärm erträglich. Das ganze Hotel wirkt sehr modern mit dunkel gestrichenen Wänden in den gut ausgeleuchteten Gängen sehr edel, gleich beim Hereinkommen fällt der schwarz-weiß gestaltete Fußboden auf. Und dann das freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Es sind ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die ärgerlich sind. Zunächst der Prozess zum Eichecken - es werden viele Daten gesammelt, was vielleicht eine Behördenvorgabe ist. Man zahlt mit Kreditkarte, muss aber dann noch einmal eine Kreditkarte vorlegen für die Abrechnung von Eventualitäten (obwohl es keine Minibar im Zimmer gibt) - blöd daran ist, dass dies eine physische Kreditkarte sein muss. Vor mir war ein Herr, die die Kreditkarte nur auf dem Smartphone hatte und diese für die Allfälligkeiten nicht akzeptiert wurde. Da muss man recht lange warten, wenn man dahinter in der Schlange steht.
Man wird gedrängt, eine App der Hotelkette herunterzuladen, diese bringt aber keinerlei Mehrwert.
Was mir auch nicht gefallen hat: Die sehr schön gestaltete Dusche leidet leider unter starken Temperaturschwankungen, beim Waschbecken wurde das Wasser nie richtig warm.

Tökéletes elhelyezkedés minden célcsoport számára. Kiváló reggeli kínálat.
Pros:

A számunkra preferált helyen található, így kényelmes sétára volt mindentől. Bőséges reggeli kínálat.

Cons:

Kevés parkolóhely áll rendelkezésre, de ez nincs jelezve, és nyomon követve sem, még a recepción sem tudták megmondani lesz-e lent helyem, ami azért volt problémás, mert mikrobusszal voltunk. Tele volt a garázs, és nem lehetett megfordulni.

A perfect business hotel
Pros:

The hotel is located in the most strategic part of the city, just two stops from Deàk Ferenc tér, the hub of public transport. The beds are comfortable and spacious, and, combined with the quietness of the rooms, they ensure excellent sleep quality. The breakfast is sufficiently varied and of good quality, but our best experience was with the wonderful courtesy and professionalism of the reception staff. In particular, Mr Levi, who kindly accommodated all our requests.
