- matelas de qualité mais qui commence a être fatigué ( creux au centre ) !
- le thermostat non réglable ét verrouillé ( possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre heureusement )

I didn't feel welcome.
Pros:

Location in the center.

Cons:

1. We couldn't drive into the garage before checking in. So we had to leave the car on the road in front of the hotel, where there was a crowd and everyone else was waiting outside for us to check in to the hotel.

2. The parking fee at the hotel was quite expensive (40 euro/hight).

3. When I checked into the hotel, they demanded immediate payment for the room. After I paid the amount, they then additionally demanded a credit card.

4. They do not offer discounts on spa or public transportation for their hotel guests.

5. They also don't have a swimming pool or sauna, even though the hotel is 4*.
