Pros:

Convenient location right in the town centre, beautifully preserved building. Check-in was quick and easy, everyone at the reception and at the restaurant was very polite and lovely to talk to. The room was not too big, but had everything what we needed and it was clean and comfortable. Had a good sleep as well, even though there were many guests staying it was still very quiet. TV also has an option to cast Netflix and Amazon Prime which was welcomed.
Breakfast was included and it was a great variety, tasty and fresh. We also liked the on-site wellness, using it once is included in your booking.

Tündéri recepciósok. Isteni reggelik. Klassz a wellness . Tisztaság volt és mindig volt tiszta törülköző. Már első nap fejenként 3 db. Őszintén, ötödször szálltunk meg Gyulán és még egyszer sem voltunk ennyire elkényeztetve törülközőkkel.🥰Egyszer vacsoráztunk is. Nagyon finom volt minden és igényes a tálalás. A szemünknek is nagyon tetszett. 😉

A szállás a Várfürdő képeivel hirdeti magát, ami megtévesztő. Wellness hotelként hirdetik magukat, ami egy jakuzzi és egy szauna egyszeri használatát jelenti. Nem rendelkeznek ennél több wellness lehetőséggel. Ennek a két lehetőségnek is az egyszeri használata ingyenes, további szolgáltatásokért felárat kérnek.
