Pros:

Le quartier est très sympathique, il y a la ligne de métro à deux pas qui permet d'être à London Bridge en 25 minutes.
La piscine couverte sur le toit ouvre une vue panoramique, c'est super.

Cons:

C'est vraiment très petit, une femme enceinte ne peut pas rentrer dans la douche. Les appartements ont micro-onde et plaque de cuisson mais aucun couteau, assiette etc

Das Hotel hat grosses Potenzial. Die Aussicht, die Lage und das Konzept sind wirklich schön. Umso enttäuschender ist es,
Pros:

* Sehr schöne Aussicht und gute Lage.
* Das Konzept des Hotels ist grundsätzlich hervorragend. Pool, Sauna, Gym, Gemeinschaftsküche und Aufenthaltsbereiche wirken auf den ersten Blick modern und einladend.
* Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

* Leider endet der positive Eindruck nach dem ersten Blick. Bei genauerem Hinsehen mangelt es im gesamten Hotel erheblich an Sauberkeit und Hygiene.
* Der Pool war sichtbar verschmutzt. Im Wasser schwammen Krümel und Schmutz, und am Becken waren deutliche Ablagerungen zu sehen. Wir waren nicht einmal eine Minute im Wasser und sind sofort wieder herausgegangen, weil wir uns so unwohl und angeekelt gefühlt haben. Anschliessend mussten wir direkt duschen. Für uns war der Pool dadurch komplett unbenutzbar.
* Auch der Bereich vor der Sauna war stark verschmutzt. Der Boden war grau und schmutzig. Ich konnte dort nicht einmal barfuss laufen, weil es hygienisch einfach nicht vertretbar war.
* Die Liegen am Pool waren ebenfalls stark verschmutzt und voller Flecken. Man hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass diese regelmässig gereinigt werden.
* Das gleiche Bild zeigte sich in weiteren Bereichen wie den Toiletten und dem Gym. Überall hatte man den Eindruck, dass die Reinigung nicht regelmässig erfolgt.
* Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Die Dusche war extrem verkalkt und wirkte unhygienisch. Obwohl wir dies gemeldet hatten, wurde das Problem während unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben.
* Im Zimmer fehlte sogar eine Toilettenbürste. Erst nachdem wir nachgefragt hatten, erhielten wir eine vom Reinigungspersonal.
* Das Zimmer verfügt zwar über eine Küche mit Herd und Schränken, jedoch fehlt praktisch die gesamte Ausstattung. Es gab weder Besteck noch Teller, Tassen oder Kochutensilien – lediglich zwei Gläser. Dadurch ist die Küche faktisch nicht nutzbar.
* Auch die Zimmerreinigung entsprach nicht dem Standard eines Hotels. Es wurde lediglich das Bett gemacht. Handtücher wurden nicht automatisch gewechselt und den Müll mussten wir selbst entsorgen.

Cons:

The elevators are a mess. It took me 20 minutes to get to my room. The room was extremely hot, when I touched the kitchen counter It was extremely hot, I realized the room was heating up so much because no vent was cut into the cabinet for the fridge fan. This and the bad access via lifts made me super concerned about fire safety and regulations whilst I was there. There was also no delph in my kitchen.
