Cons:

There were no sanitary bins in the bathrooms, despite me asking multiple times at reception I was not able to get a sanitary bin for the bathroom for the duration of my stay. Very disappointing and an uncomfortable situation!

Pros:

We keep coming back. The pool, gym, kitchen and lounges are amazing and we always feel at home here. It's a different experience from a hotel but we prefer it here.

Cons:

Nothing to mention, any problems the staff are always so fast to fix them and very helpful.
