Terrible - I just couldn’t wait to leave.
Pros:

the bed was comfortable. But only because I’m short. For tall people it might be an issue to fit in.
Close to the DLR and walking distance to Carnary Wharf.

Too many things to list
Bathroom produces a nasty smell. You have to keep door open.
Premium suite was very tiny - very underwhelming. Felt a bit claustrophobic!
Felt a bit dirty - could see hair on some things on the bed, ironing board.
Unfriendly and unhelpful staff - they had a fire alarm. Left us sitting in the hallway. When the alarm was cleared off, they didn’t even bother to let us know the lifts were accessible. We had to ask for ourselves. After asking, we were met with a cold response to say, yeah without any courtesy or empathy.
Very uncomfortable desk chair
Close to the train track so noisy
Light comes through blinds so can’t sleep from 5am in the summer - carry eye blinds

Short and sweet stay
Pros:

Everything. Great customer service from receptionists, nice modern design and facilities... you can tell it’s adult only😍😅

Really clean and great location too. Perfect for a short stay in London!

Cons:

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to check out all the facilities, gym, spa and cafe? Next time we will make sure to try all of them 😍

Agréable séjour malgré tout .
Pros:

Très bien située , proche de la station canary wharf où on peut prendre le shuttle national express pour aller à l’aéroport de Londres Stanted.

Cons:

La propreté dans les chambres , énormément de poussière, pas de vaiselles . Fenêtre qui se ferme pas .
