Pool, was nice and sauna then the bar was good too.
The kettle was broken
No pans or pots or any cookery equipment.
Got stuffy in the room and windows wouldn’t stay open.
The steam room was unclean and was really dirty.
Paid extra for premium suite which is not different to the normal cheaper suites so wouldn’t recommend upgrading.
The pool
The bathroom was too small
I didn’t stay I checked out a couple hours after checking In I was offered a refund but because it was booking through second hand party booking.com I never received it
Lovely pool, very friendly staff
Property is getting very run down, I stay at this hotel a lot and simple amenities such as hair dryer, cutlery, shampoo etc are always missing. Staff fix very quickly but would be good to get spot on first time
The pool and spa.
The shower was leaky. There was only 1 cup and 1 spoon.
The location is perfect for Canary Wharf. Less than a 15 minute walk to the Jubilee line, or 2 minutes from the Crossharbour DLR
The apartment was clean, staff couldn't be more helpful, and having a kitchen was a huge bonus for my trip. The pool, sauna and steam room are perfect for the end of the day too.

Easy access to tube stations, modern, great facilities and lovely welcoming staff with a gorgeous aesthetic coffee house
Apartments were quite small, bed wasn’t very sturdy & broke, accidentally wandered to an area we weren’t suppose to and were quickly reported to reception staff which I thought was a little uncalled for, eggy smell near elevators
Beautiful building inside and out. Room were clean.
The temperature do the room was freezing! The blinds didn’t fit the windows so the draft was horrible. No heating!! Also with the blinds not fitting the side was beaming through so early!
