Worth the money, but next time we'll invest in better beds.
Pros:

Location was great, close to Yamanote line station but not right next to so it was quiet. Staff was helpful. Amenities were good, and you could go to lobby to pick up more lotion, shavers, face milk... freely.

Cons:

Bed really bumpy, springs were uneven and poking. Pillows wete too flat and hard, gave us a headache (we went out to buy big stuffed toys as a souvenirs we then used for pillows). Only one shared blanked, hated that, one of us always woke up without.

Pros:

The location is ok because your close to Nipori station and Ueno park but you’re surrounded by love hotel, drunk people and smokers

Cons:

The mattress was awful( we could feel every single spring) it was harder than sleeping on the ground in a Ryokan.
Expensive for nothing
The bed was broken
Only one electric plug in the all room room + bathroom
The AC smelt as well and we couldn’t open the window because it was broken too
One microwave in the corridor for the amenities
The breakfast was insipid and we didn’t have what expected and what they show (croissant, ham, eggs etc - none of that)

Cumple con las tres B, y el personal es excelente!
Pros:

La habitación era espaciosa, tal cual la foto, tiene todos los servicios que dice la publicación. El personal es excelente y super amable. El desayuno es japonés: arroz, sopa miso, huevo revuelto entre otras cosas y varia todos los días, pero también tiene pan, tostador, mermelada y manteca, asique si no te gusta desayunar salado, hay una pequeña opción de dulce. La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de farmacia, restaurantes, Donki y tiendas de conveniencia, además de una salida de tren con varias líneas, eso si, salida con escaleras normales. La cercanía de las vías no fue un problema, realmente no se escucha. Es un buen hotel que cumple con las tres B (bueno, bonito y barato).

Cons:

Solo es un comentario a tener en cuenta para familias con chicos: el hotel está en una zona de varios hoteles transitorios, no se ve nada desagradable, solo tienen algunos carteles con dibujos de gatitos con corazones o alguna cartelera pequeña con fotos de varias mujeres, pero nada desagradable, y no se ve ningún movimiento raro ni feo en ningún horario. Que la zona no te desmotive contratarlo, porque no pasa nada!

一つ残念な点がありました。76歳のお客様が眠ってしまい、テーブルに着くことができなかったのですが、スタッフは既に支払済みのバウチャーの使用を許可しませんでした。他のお客様にはこのようなことが起こらないことを願っています。

リーズナブルで素泊まりでもとても良い快適だった
Pros:

部屋も広くスタッフさんの対応も丁寧で静かに快適に過ごせました

Cons:

少し全体の空調の温度が高かったような気がして、この時期にさすがに冷房かけて寝るというのは難しく、そこだけ気になった

C'est la 3è fois que nous y allons et nous retournerons
Pros:

Le personnel est toujours disponible et une mention spéciale pour le jeune homme qui est souvent à la réception, son nom est Anil et il nous a aidées avec gentillesse, rapidité et compétence car suite à la guerre dans le golfe, notre billet d'avion ayant été annulé, nous avions des obligations à faire modifier pour l'Europe. Un tout grand merci à lui
