Per fortuna ci siamo stati solo una notte
Pros:

Lo staff si è dimostrato molto gentile e cordiale.

Cons:

La posizione dell'hotel: si trovava in una zona vicino alla stazione. Il problema principale è la scarsa insonorizzazione delle stanze: il rumore del treno era molto forte anche con la finestra chiusa.
Per accedere alle camere c'è un ascensore piccolo, con la moquette pure sui muri: fa venire la claustrofobia anche a chi non ci soffre.
Il problema peggiore, comunque, è stata la puzza persistente di muffa. Appena abbiamo aperto le porte delle stanze siamo stati colpiti da una folata di cattivo odore, di muffa probabilmente, e ci siamo portati il cattivo odore per tutto il nostro soggiorno in hotel. Un odore davvero persistente e sgradevole.

Worth it to stay, easy access and great value especially with breakfast!
Pros:

Loved the breakfast- great intro to a traditional Japanese breakfast. Great location, close to Uguisudani station. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

There were a couple of items left from the previous guest; a used bandage and a sanitary pad. The rest was clean though.

Pros:

Sicuramente la zona! Vicinissima alla Yamanote line e quindi molto utile; vicino anche alla Nippori Station, dove anche il quartiere che la circonda offre moltissimo. Nelle vicinanze tanti combini e supermercati. Lo staff super gentile e disponibile, anche le signore che preparano la colazione. Questo è un aspetto di punta. Drink all'ingresso anche molto apprezzati.

Cons:

La struttura necessita di qualche rinnovamento, e andrebbe curata un pochino di più la pulizia. Avevamo prenotato una stanza Deluxe, ma era tutto fuorché quello che ci aspettavamo. Piccola e veramente obsoleta.

Prima verblijf met een lekker groot bed
Pros:

De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is perfect!
Wij hebben hier 2 weken gelogeerd.
Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de metro (halte Uguisudani).
Dit is een grote Japanse kamer met een lekker groot bed, waar de koffers onder passen.
Het ontbijt is voldoende: wit brood met jam, ei en enkele Japanse opties.

Cons:

De matrassen zijn vrij hard maar wij hebben er goed op kunnen slapen.
Er is geen kastruimte, alleen een paar hangertjes, wij hebben onze kleding op tafel neergelegd.
De tv is in het Japans

Pros:

Tesis genel anlamda temizdi, çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Odalar ergonomik yapıda ve beklentilerin çok yüksek olmadığı durumda gayet yeterliydi. İki kişi rahat ettik. Kahve ve sıcak içecek imkanı olması mutlu etti. Uguisudani istasyonuna yakın ve ulaşım kolaydı.

Yastıklar rahatsızdı.
