FALTA DE SERVIÇOS ESSENCIAIS EM PLENO FERIADO

Gostamos principalmente do café da manhã que era variado, com opção de ovos e omeletes fritos na hora.

Cons:

Não fomos informados no momento do check in que foi interrompido o abastecimento de água nos deixando sem banho até o início da noite (entramos 14hs). Quando constatei o problema no chuveiro e liguei para pedir troca de quarto é que fui informada da interrupção. Sendo um benefício essencial para o serviço de hospedagem, achei que fazer um reparo na manutenção em pleno feriado de Páscoa foi um descaso.
Outro ponto ruim foi a informação que nos deram que nao haveria room service durante todo o dia de sexta feira santa por ser um feriado. Como pode um hotel considerar a interrupção de um serviço também valioso durante todo um dia em que pagamos o valor de uma diária normal por ser um feriado?
Pedimos para usar o serviço de passar roupa no sábado de tarde para ir a um evento de noite e nos foi informado que o serviço não funciona aos sábados de tarde.
