Pros:

地點十分不錯
附近就是雷門淺草寺
也有很多吃的
即便到晚上十點過後也可以去逛淺草的唐吉軻德

Cons:

缺點是隔音真的不怎麼好
最重要的是給放行李箱的置物櫃真的有點小
只要是超過26吋的行李箱基本都放不下去
我跟朋友最後不得已只好把行李箱塞在自己的膠囊床位
BTW膠囊裡的電扇不開很悶
開了又極度過敏

The place is near many tourist attractions
Clean and good design

Cons:

Some of the staff at this hotel looked at me in a discriminatory way and spoke to me in a way that also felt discriminatory, especially the one with tattoos. He spoke English very well, but his tone of voice and many of his actions came across as racist or prejudiced. He treated Japanese and European guests very well. Maybe it was because I come from South East bAsia.

Another staff member who checked me in on the 12th at 2:10 PM — I had ordered something online to be delivered to the hotel, but the hotel refused to accept the package because I accidentally used my brother’s name. As a result, the package was returned to the delivery company. I asked him for help, but... my God, he told me there was nothing he could do and that I had to go get it myself, even though the delivery company was very far away. In the end, another staff member happened to come by and helped me, and I finally got my package.

Even though I come from South East Asia, I graduated abroad and grew up in America. I respect everyone, whether they are Asian, European, Japanese, or from anywhere else.

I may never stay at this hotel again. Please be careful. Be careful — you may experience discrimination too.

Great location and convenient for exploring Tokyo, but the lack of daily housekeeping and having to leave shoes in lobby
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect — everything was so convenient and close by. The train station, Don Quijote, restaurants, and Sensō-ji were all within easy walking distance. It made exploring Tokyo so easy and enjoyable. The area felt lively but still comfortable to stay in. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

A few things we didn’t really like were that there was no housekeeping service every day, which would’ve been nice during our stay. Also, we had to leave our shoes in the lobby lockers. We understand it’s part of the capsule hotel concept, but since we booked a family room, we expected a bit more convenience and privacy. Other than that, the location and overall experience were still great.

女性1人で宿泊しましたが、周りも観光の女性が多く見受け、安全な環境でした。

周りの方のスートケースがたくさん並んでおり、上の段のベッドだったのですが、ハシゴの下にもスーツケースが置いてあったため、非常に自分のキューブの中への出入りは危険だと感じました。

On the main street, large room with ten capsules, very clean,

I arrived at midnight. The guy was not nice to me. I travelled in 52 countries and never seen this bad policy: After 22.00 +1000 yen. After 23.00 + 1000 yen. Ridicilous. I gave 2000 yen for nothing.
