Not impressed for the price
Pros:

Coffee in the room, wonderful tub, nice space in the bedroom!!

Cons:

We had to call five times to the front desk to get a roll away bed. three times the first night and did not receive it. Then two the second day and I stopped by the front desk to ask again and finally one was delivered.

Parking was bad. No one explained the first gate and the second gate… we were given a paper pass and the second machine wouldn’t take it, we paid for different parking the first night and then because we left during the day I could call the front desk for help with the second parking gate. I recommend printing instructions on the back of the ticket you give to guests

Heel mooi hotel vlak aan de Rijn
Pros:

Het hotel ligt aan de Rijn, het ontbijt was voortreffelijk , de matras van het bed was heel confortabel ! De gym is zeer voorzien !

Cons:

De randen van de douche waren oud en versleten

Ein netter Kurzurlaub aber da ist noch Luft nach oben !
Pros:

das Personal war in jedem von mir besuchten Bereich sehr entgegenkommend.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt ins Parkhaus erwies sich als schwierig da fast alle Parkplätze besetzt waren. Einen Hinweis wo man ansonsten noch parken könnte gab es nicht. Das gewünschte Zimmer gab es nciht, erst nach langen Diskussionen. Die Aussenfenster waren leider sehr schmutzig und voller Spinnweben und Spinnen. Das Personal klopfte mehrmals, obwohl es prinzipiell keinen Grund dazu gab, selbst am Abreisetag wurde bereits um 8.30 h an meine Zimmertüre geklopft.
Früher gab es Zimmerinfos, ich habe mehr Zeit damit verbracht, die Fernbedienung des wirklich tollen TV's zu bedienen
als TV zu schauen. Das gleiche mit der Dusche im Bad.

Gute Wahl für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Mainz
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage am Rhein. Bei der aktuellen Hitzewelle wohltuend klimatisiert mit bequemen Betten.

Cons:

Gutes Frühstück, für 34€ pro Person aber zu teuer. Spa war geschlossen, ohne dass bei der Buchung darauf hingewiesen wurde; dafür wäre eine kleine Kompensation angebracht gewesen, z.B. kostenfreies Parken, Rabatt beim Frühstück etc.

Überteuerter Aufenthalt in einem Hotel, dass schon bessere Zeiten gesehen hat.
Pros:

Bar und Blick war prima

Cons:

Ausstattung war ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, “Staubsauger-Duftstein-Geruch” im Zimmer war sehr unangenehm, Klimaanlage war viel zu laut und das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen im Zimmer.
