Pros:

Downtown hotel rightvat the riverside, spacious room with nice view, refreshments in the lobby. Private parking available in the parking house next door, quite expensive, 27 EUR for one day, but the hotel stuff were clear about this. After all, it doesn't get more central then this.

Pros:

très bel hotel idéalement situé. Nous avons eu un problème de literie et le personnel a vite réglé la situation et la direction a très bien réagi en faisant un geste commercial que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Sinon la chambre était impeccable et de belles dimensions, la climatisation discrète et efficace, et le petit déjeuner très varié et copieux, mémorable sur la terrasse à quelques dizaines de mètres du Rhin

Prachtig hotel in fijne omgeving

Mooi hotel , prachtig gelegen naast De Rijn . Goed restaurant , uitstekend ontbijt. Fijne service van personeel. Schone mooie kamer.

In onze badkamer was handdouche , handiger om een bevestiging aan muur te maken zodat je onder de straal kunt staan

Cons:

Der Preis ist am oberen Limit. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und gut ausgestattet, aber individuelle Eierspeisen kosten zusätzlich Aufschlag. Der Pool und Spa war nicht begehbar. Das beides ist beim hohen Gesamtpreis zuviel. Der Teppichboden in den Fluren hat begonnen, einen schlechten Geruch zu entwickeln.

Pros:

Beautiful location, friendly receptionists. Only minus point would be the friendliness of the ladies tending bar in the lobby could have been a bit friendlier- especially if there are only a couple of people to serve. For the rest, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
