Great one night in Mainz
Pros:

We had a great one night stay, our room (view of river) was comfortable and really lovely. Cocktails in the bar are well made, and the hotel was lively in the evening with a good vibe.
Breakfast offered a good selection, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The special touches - a handwritten card and mini cakes in the room on arrival was really unexpected and welcoming💛.

Cons:

Unfortunately only marred by the fact that we had only one nespresso cup to make tea / coffee for two people sharing. This was quickly resolved when I called housekeeping and another cup was brought to us. (Just a small detail, but for a Hyatt and the room rate one does expect that kind of detail to be overlooked.)

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel direkt am Rhein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Rheinblick gebucht und bekamen trotzdem ein Zimmer mit dieser schönen Aussicht. Vielen Dank dafür!
Gutes Frühstück, leckeres Lunchbuffet.
Kurze Wege zur Innenstadt, Rheinpromenade direkt vor der Tür. Angenehmes Parken in der Tiefgarage mit fairer Abrechnung.

Cons:

Leider konnte man die Fenster nicht öffnen. Nur Aircon heißt leider auch immer sehr trockene Luft im Zimmer.
Der Pool, bzw. Spabereich wurde gerade renoviert, das war uns bei der Buchung nicht bekannt.

Nicht nur für berufliche Reise zu empfehlen

Nett, aber für ein 5 Sterne Haus zu wenig
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

1. Das Zimmer war durch die große Fensterfront relativ kalt und schwer heizbar.
2. Der Spa bereich war leider, dies stand dann im Kleingedruckten der Buchung geschlossen
3. Der Fitnessbereich war wenig gepflegt (Nutzung 18:00) . Alte Handtücher waren nicht entsorgt und haben sich gestapelt, keine Desinfektionstücher, der Wasserspender lief über ...
4. Im Rahmen des Frühstücks muss man für bes. Eierspeisen (Omlett etc.) extra zahlen. Das ist im 5 Sternebereich schon komisch.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Team ist klasse (Stella vom Frühstücksservice, um nur eine Person zu nennen) und die Lage des Hotels direkt am Fluss ist wundervoll. Auch das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war sehr gut und auch hier war der Service toll.

Cons:

Leider wurde der Pool-Bereich repariert, so dass wir nicht schwimmen konnten. Wir hatten uns zwar darauf gefreut, war aber nicht so tragisch.
