The restaurant is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

On Tuesdays and Wednesdays the reception is open from 16:00 to 21:00. Guests must make arrangements to arrive during these opening hours. If this is impossible, please contact the hotel by phone or email to obtain the access code.

Un bel établissement.
Pros:

Un bel établissement, avec un restaurant sympathique et de qualité. L'hôtel est situé au centre ville, mais il est trés calme, le parking est très accessible même avec un grand véhicule.

Cons:

Un peu plus de lumière dans les chambres qui sont assez petites, mais c'est la construction de la bâtisse qui est ainsi faite.

Food/drink very expensive Would have preferred more basic dishes for the tourists. Breakfast very poor. We also did t have e any cups in our room for hot drinks so had to use glasses

Peu faire mieux pour un hôtel ayant un resto étoilé.
Pros:

Personnel gentil, petit dej ok mais possible de trouver bien mieux dans des villages avoisinants.
Literie très confortable.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité pris par rapport à d’autres hôtels plus jolis, et au même prix… et dans des villages bien plus charmants comme Obernai.
Chambre très très petite.
Personnel gentil mais pas d’accueil à l’arrivée donne une moins bonne 1è impression.
Chambre vieillotte.
