Pros:

Een prachtig hotel, met enorm veel smaak ingericht en oog voor detail. Een speciaal compliment voor de verlichting, die voor een warme en stijlvolle sfeer zorgt. Het ontbijt was bovendien heerlijk. Absoluut een aanrader.

Second visit was a disappointment
Pros:

This is my second visit to Hotel Zoo and I’m sad to say I was a little disappointed.
The service was terribly slow in the bar (even though there were only 3 of us in there!) It would have been nice to have seen a smile from a staff member but was sadly lacking in this hotel.
The room was clean and comfortable but small. Fine for one person with a small case but I wouldn’t recommend for 2 people with cases.
I asked for some tea bags as there weren’t any English tea bags in the room but was told that they didn’t have any. I’m not sure I believe that a hotel with over a hundred rooms didn’t have t bags!
The bathroom is definitely just a one person bathroom too but the shower was good.
Breakfast was delicious - plenty of selection but I had to ask for service - it wasn’t offered.

Geweldig hotel op een prima locatie.
Pros:

Mooi gebouw, centrale locatie
Schoon, ruime kamer en badkamer, lekker groot bed.
In de avond bij de lobby en in de bar overal kaarsen, zeer sfeervol.
Een geweldig ontbijt met zelfs a la carte keuzes die aan je tafel door zeer vriendelijke medewerkers worden geserveerd.
En op zondag een gratis glaasje prosecco omdat het zondag was, zeer attent.

Great hotel, I would go again, even with the mattress being so hard

The site of the rooms, the bathrooms and the breakfast

Cons:

The bed was super hard. Never been on such a hard mattress. I know mattresses are hard to make suit everyone, but these were hard.
