Great location, beautiful decor, fabulous staff
Pros:

The location is great, lots of near by restaurants and parks. If you have a car that you are using during the day there is Much cheaper parking a 1/2 block from the hotel between 4th and 5 th Ave’s on Clay but it is not as secure. It open to the street whereas the hotel parking is gated and only available to hotel guests. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lobby has free shuffle board and classic video games and a lovely fire you can sit by in the corridas in the evenings. Only reason I didn’t give five stars is the continual breakfast is a little basic. It’s fine, it’s edible, but e went out for breakfast after the first day because we had the time and the budget and there’s quite a few places near by we wanted to try.

Pros:

Jeg havde tidligere boet på dette hotel, da det havde et andet navn. Jeg havde derfor glædet mig til den fantastiske morgenmad som jeg jo kendte fra tidligere, men den skuffede utrolig meget. Ikke værd at give penge for overhovedet.

Cons:

Morgenmaden og INGEN rengøring af værelset fandt sted i de 3 dage jeg boede der. Til gengæld var der rigeligt med pletter på gulvtæppet, kan kun tænke mig til hvad de stammede fra !!

Such a fun and welcoming place to stay, really lives up to its sweet and quirky Portland reputation.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful and welcoming - there were so many fun amenities - such as a s'mores bar every night, free arcade games, board game room, equipment rentals, and a kid's play area. We also loved the baby goat party and the restaurant was really fantastic! Hands down one of our best hotel stays ever.

Cons:

We couldn't think of anything else for improvement, we loved it!

Pros:

L'hôtel est à proximité de beaucoup de transports. La plupart des choses ne sont pas loin pour les marcheurs.
A l'intérieur il y a un restaurant. Le soir on pouvait faire cuire les Machemallow...
Le personnel a toujours été gentil et serviable malgré la barrière de la langue parfois.
Mon fils a adoré les flippers et les arcades mais surtout prendre une guitare pour s'entraîner.

A Brilliant hotel
Pros:

Family trip to Portland to watch a Timber's game was made all the more delightful by a stay at Hotel Zags. It's the perfect location for gathering with family. Loads of games in the game room, the arcades were a huge hit with the grands. We enjoyed gathering with family and friends on the patio, especially at night making S'mores around the fireplace. Room was comfortable with an extra sleeping couch for the teen in our group. Staff was super fun and friendly. The location was convenient to Pioneer Square and plenty of shopping & eateries nearby. We also took in the Portland Art Museum. One of my favorites, however, was the gear shop, where a hotel guest could borrow everything from a paddle board to a bike to fishing poles. What a brilliant hotel! Something for everyone.

Hôtel vraiment sympa
Pros:

Hôtel branché, accueillant et agréable. Des jeux d'arcades, flipper , a dispo pour jouer, un patio avec une cheminée d'extérieur, grande chambre, confort de la literie....possibilité de manger sur place il y a des cuisines. Petit déjeuner compris avec la chambre.

Cons:

Le Parking est cher en août 45 dollars par jour. Dommage.
