Great hotel. Love the garden area and restaurant on site.
Pros:

The property is super cute and has a great aesthetic. All of the staff were professional and helpful.

Cons:

I don’t like that parking isn’t included in the price of the room. $40 per night is a lot just to park your car. I get it, it’s downtown Portland, but still expensive.

Pros:

There was a fun atmosphere. It was very clean and quite comfortable. They provide a S’mores hour each evening which was very nice.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Pros:

The location was perfect for me. The hotel has a beautiful style to it. The decorations were unique. Free pinball machines and other surprising perks were great! The restaurant where breakfast was served was very nice with a great view of downtown Portland.

Cons:

The parking fee (40 $ per night) was an unexpected surprise for me. That price seemed much too high.

The breakfast was okay, but not up to par with the rest of the hotel.

Pros:

Breakfast was very limited. Just a bagel and egg to eat.

WiFi was not working in room 526. Need to pay to our provider to use cellphone service which cost us extra $100.

Absolutely nothing your management and staff were the most rude disrespectful staff I've ever dealt with as well as accusing me of communicating fast information telling me I was lying and extremely rude and disrespectful. I will be gilinv a complaint with upper management

Still throughly enjoy Hotel Zags
Pros:

Location was great, very convenient, had a leaky mini fridge and was swapped out of rooms quickly.

Cons:

I think I couldn’t operate the thermostat correctly because though I had it set a 65F room was still warm to me.
