This was our 2nd stay here and our LAST. So disappointing and we will NOT book here again
Pros:

Clean and easy access to multiple mass transit options

Cons:

Some of the listed amenities were not available / found. Examples of amenities not included: bathrobes, coffee machine, tea/coffee maker, radio, hairdryer, alarm clock, seating area (other than on the bed and a desk rolling chair). Two of 3 pinball machines and 1of 2 video games out-of-order. It would have been nice if upon check-in the staff reminded visitors of the food/ beverage credit that is part of the daily $30/d amenity fee, access to their multi-use “Colosseum” space or post a schedule of its availability, and the 24-Hour Fitness daily pass. These were well-kept “secrets” until we re-read the fine print at the bottom of our Booking.com confirmation.

Great place to stay, I want to come back!
Pros:

It was clean, comfortable, and visually interesting. I liked the free arcade, shuffleboard, and the beautiful outdoor seating.

Cons:

I wish the Peking wasn’t so much.

It was a good location for business stays of to be close to downtown.
Pros:

It was very modern looking and had fun public areas.

Cons:

Heating and cooling are seasonal and don’t have direct full control in the room. The tv is basic and didn’t have any options for streaming.

La camera è bella e spaziosa con due letti matrimoniali. Bagno con vasca e doccia e completa di prodotti. La hall molto spaziosa e la posizione dell’immobile molto centrale. C’è anche il garage a pagamento. Personale molto gentile e disponibile

La colazione veramente scarsa e di bassa qualità. Questo servizio non è assolutamente all’altezza del resto.
Inoltre non c’era la possibilità di farsi un caffè in camera.

A great place to stay, fun for all!
Pros:

This was our first time at Zags and we will be back. The bed was comfy and the room clean and welcoming. The staff was amazing. Making s’mores around the fire after we checked in was a pleasant
Surprise. At breakfast in the morning we were greeted and served by the friendliest gentleman, Juan, he definitely went above and beyond! Make sure you have time to enjoy a board game, try out a skateboard, or play a game of pinball!

Room was great, comfortable and Hotel in a good location as we were seeing a show at the Keller.
