Muy buena estadía, pero con confusión en el check-in
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel, así como sus instalaciones, especialmente las áreas comunes, que son muy lindas y agradables. En general, todo el personal fue muy amable durante nuestra estadía. También destacamos la atención del equipo de valet parking, que fue siempre muy atento y cordial

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó fue la situación con el early check-in. Al llegar temprano consultamos si existía disponibilidad, ya que en el correo de confirmación se indicaba que debíamos verificarlo al momento de la llegada. En recepción nos informaron que podríamos volver a las 10:30, pero al regresar a esa hora nos dijeron que la habitación estaría disponible recién a las 12:00. Finalmente decidimos no optar por el ingreso anticipado con costo adicional y regresar a las 15:00 para el check-in habitual. No fue algo grave, pero nos hubiera parecido mejor que desde el inicio nos indicaran una hora más precisa y realista.
