Hotel charmoso, extremamente confortável e bem localizado
Pros:

O café da manhã excepcional. Com tapioca e omeletes sendo preparados na hora, frutas da melhor qualidade, local charmoso e muito aconchegante. Localizado no Centro de Curitiba perto do Centro Histórico.

Cons:

Tudo foi maravilhoso. Mesmo uma reforma em alguns quartos próximos não nos atrapalhou

Estive no Bourbon Curitiba neste último fim de semana com meu filho e a experiência foi nota 10. O hotel mantém um padrão de serviço altíssimo, desde o check-in até o café da manhã. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e silenciosos. É sempre um prazer retornar a um lugar onde sabemos que seremos bem atendidos. Com certeza voltaremos!"

Hotel muito confortável localizado no centro de Curitiba.
Pros:

Hotel muito confortável, bem localizado, com ótimo café da manhã, limpeza muito bem executada, bons restaurantes, área de piscina e academia e excelente atendimento.

Agradeço especialmente à governanta Ellen Cinque. Esqueci um cinto no quarto e, atendendo a pedido meu, pronta e educadamente, ela providenciou o envio do objeto para mim em minha residência, via Correios. Fiquei muito grato pela consideração e gentileza.

Cons:

Sugiro apenas que providenciem a conexão da tv à internet, para que os hóspedes possam ver streamings como Netflix, Prime e YouTube, entre outros. Como a TV já é smart, não faz sentido que não possa se conectar à Internet.

Pontos positivos mas precisa urgentemente de uma reforma
Pros:

Otima localização, piscina e café da manhã.. funcionários educados e prestativos

Cons:

Fiquei em um quarto velho, sem isolamento acústico. Devido a localização logo cedo o barulho do trânsito toma conta do quarto. Um dos hotéis com pior isolamento acústico que fiquei nos últimos tempos.

Banheiro antigo e já degradado pela ação do tempo (vazamentos etc).
De modo geral nao apresenta um bom custo benefício.
