Decepcionante a acomodação. Banheiro muuuuuito velho, inacreditável. Um hotel 5 estrelas que tem um nome a zelar com um banheiro daquele. Decepcionante

O café da manhã é bom, mas não excelente.
O banheiro do nosso quarto quarto não é digno nem de um hotel 3 estrelas. Tem um bidé todo velho e com muita ferrugem. O box mal fechava. O chão do box estava todo manchado. Os azulejos muito mal conservados.
O guarda roupa do quarto é de madeira bem mal conservado e muito ruim para abrir e fechar. As gavetas do guarda roupa estavam duras pela madeira já bem desgastadas.

a localização é ótima! há preocupação com a limpeza ao arredor do hotel alvo de passantes, o café da manhã é farto e tudo muito fresquinho; o acolhimento dos funcionários em geral é muito bom, desde a chegada, destaque para Rayne (na recepção) e dona Lourdes, do restaurante
uma das toalhas do segundo dia não estava totalmente limpa! mas havia suficiente para substituir imediatamente
não gostamos do bidê, consideramos pouco higiênico e seria interessante adicionar a ducha
