Nice old school charm. I find it hard to rate these European hotels when compared with travelling in the USA, Australia and London because they are never as nice for the same money. By European standards this hotel was fine. Breakfast was great with healthy choices and quality options. 👍🏻 but I can see Americans being super underwhelmed.
Simple and flat walk to major central locations.
Usual European gripes, shower box tiny, room basic and wifi was so bad I had to request a room change. I understand why I was not informed about the roading issues in that suburb but it would have been nice to know so I could make the choice myself.

Very comfortable room and we got the smallest one. Linens and towels were fine. Location was walking distance from most tourist locations but there was road work right in front of the hotel which made taxi hauling hard. The hotel staff though was able to order taxis for us when needed. Daily small beverages and baked goods spread in the lobby. Two elevators available.
Good location. Coffee and light snacks in the lobby. Friendly staff. Quiet.
My room didn’t look anything like the photos. Maybe some rooms have been renovated but not all? It was tiny and much less modern than the photos suggested it would be. The bedding was cheap-feeling, starchy, and uncomfortable. Fridge made a loud noise every 4/5 minutes so I had to unplug it.
