Spacious rooms, great location. Staff could be friendlier.
Pros:

Spacious room and bathroom. Close to historic sites and public transportation. The breakfast staff was great.

Cons:

The elevators are tiny. We were there after skiing, so we had a lot of luggage and only one of us could fit in the elevator at a time. The front desk staff was not very friendly.

Spacious, clean rooms with fantastic amenities, including a coffee machine and a large bathroom. The staff were always helpful, taxis were easy to arrange, and refreshments were available in the lobby, which also smells amazing!
