Location was good, pleasant feel to the lobby
The old style AC was intermittently loud and couldn't hold a stable temperature. In the morning everything we had was damp.
Location
Beds uncomfortable and noisy location.
The location.
Dirty rooms and very old .
Didn't like The stuff, no patience to guests.
Location, comfortable bed
Nothing
I liked the location near downtown and to the beach. I also like the free breakfast in the morning.
The bathroom seemed old and grimy. The pillows were super uncomfortable.
Location
Room was too small for 2 beds. One bed was blocking the AC unit so no air flow.
Bathroom was old and wonky.
The best hotel closest to all the thrifting on Main Street! And close to lots of excellent restaurants. You never have to drive. The room was great, the fact we could open windows was so nice. It was very relaxing and the breakfast was adequate.
This is the perfect location if you want to enjoy the beauty of Ventura. It’s a historic spot, walking distance from great food and shopping. The hotel is a bit rustic but it’s like a comfortable pair of shoes. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come here again.
Location
Das historische Gebäude. Die Lage. Das großzügige Frühstück.
Plastikbesteck beim Frühstück
Old California style ambience.

The hotel is located walking distance to downtown Ventura and the beach.
A one star hotel that looks more charming than what it really is. The facility is very aged. There’s no structure to the mattresses. The carpet and walls are stained and ripped. The soap in the bathroom doesn’t lather. It was an extremely uncomfortable stay.
Location is the only good about the hotel
Value for money is really poor.
Pictures look good, but the rooms, bathroom, the corridors, breakfast Room - everything is old and needs renovation.
