Fantastic staff! Our flight was slightly delayed, enough to miss last boat home to Martha’s Vineyard, we booked the hotel on 90minutes notice and the staff were ready and waiting for us upon arrival. They were so friendly and welcoming! Our room was going to be up some stairs and when they saw our huge suitcases they kindly offered to switch us to another room so no stairs would be involved!
Guests next to our room extremely loud and disrespectful in hall/pool area very loud through out evening into morning hours. Room full of young kids next door didn't quiet down even after notifying front desk about it.
Rude employees. Unwelcoming
Wonderful hotel! Super staff and beautiful pool. Great restaurant on site! Located in a beautiful area. I was traveling with my elderly mother and autistic son and they were accommodating, helpful and kind!
We arrived at your door step Saturday 2/7/26 due to the cancellation of the Steamship. There was one young man taking care of numerous room needs and frustrated people (not because of him). He handled this difficult assignment with poise and patience. After a 30 minute wait to check into a room booked online, we found ourselves is a spacious, very clean room in the annex!
A second person helping with check-ins would have made sense and alleviated the stress of those waiting. The boats were cancelled by 3:30, so there was the entire afternoon to give him some respite.
The staff at the Inn are always friendly and professional. They help with any request you may have with a smile. Super convenient location and reasonably quiet at night. I will stay again.
Really lovely, clean, well kept place with kind and competent staff, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and a nice pool heated to warm temperature with towels and bathrooms conveniently in the pool room. Persy's had delicious food and likewise great staff. Very convenient location with ample parking. Only gripe was not enough end tables - only one between the two queen beds.
Location
Room wasn’t really clean and strange smell
The location was perfect to where we needed to be for our visit. The room was pleasant, clean and met our expectations.
When we arrived, we brought our luggage to the lobby, thinking we were lodging in the main building. The staff person was not as welcoming as expected after a long travel, but the person was efficient. When we learned that not only did we have to pay for an amenities fee that included many features we did not use, and then had to carry our belongings back out to parking lot where the other building was located, was a little surprising. There was no help from staff or suggesting to use a cart if it existed. If only we had a note to tell us beforehand that we will be staying in the other "cottage" building, we would have left our luggage in the car. We have stayed here many times in the past, and we plan to use this hotel in the future but sure hope this is not an indication that the hotel is not doing well with these types of hospitality guests expect to see at their arrivals.
“Wheelchair accessible” rooms are not wheelchair accessible. We were notified the morning of our arrival that the roll in shower was not available but that the room would still be ADA accessible. Showering had become an impossibility and getting to (and into) the bed proved very challenging because the path to the bed was too narrow.
It was cozy. The bathroom tub area was dangerous with a step to get in or out of the tub.

We arrived late at night to stay overnight and catch an early ferry to the Vineyard. The communication with the Inn was very easy via text, prompt replies, and a warm hello despite it being midnight. We had two rooms for our family of six, and they kindly put us next to each other. It was quick to check in and out, and I will definitely return.
There was nothing I did not like - everything about our stay was comfortable, welcoming, and met our needs.
Pillows are TERRIBLE...Basically they cannot be used:(
I tried to talk to the front desk, but that is poorly staffed.
Amenity fee was added after we left the hotel.
Location was ok. Helpful staff. Pool ok.
A bit old and dated.
