The staff was amazing!
Facility could have been cleaner.
Pool was on the cold side. The grandson couldn't stay in long.
Sheets were stained, which didn't go over well with one in our party. But I ask for new ones and we got them promptly. Sofa beds were also pretty stained.
It has a big pool. But it was to cold.
Carpets are very dirty and stained in the hallway. The hotel looks rundown compared to years ago
Nothing
This is a nasty hotel. It smelled old and like pure poop walking in the halls. The room was old and smelled. TV didnt work, burn holes in the lamp shade, massive gnats in the room, the bathroom was nasty, hair in the shower and on the floor. We waited 20 mins to check in because he was cleaning rooms. Only 1 worker in the entire hotel with a massive reunion. I do not recommend here. We left in the middle of the night because the stay was uncomfortable.
Beautiful property, easy to find from the highway.
The beds in our suite were comfy.
Ice and water not on all floors. Refrigerator still had food in it from previous guests.
Location was appropriate. Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable.

Some areas need updating
Fast response from the staffing and easy access to the road.
Need to work on housekeeping room was dirty with a nasty smell. A lot of trash on the hallways and stairs. Stains on the sheets and towels. The water in the bathroom tub clogged every time.
Breakfast buffet was good lots of options. Staff was very friendly, I asked to use some tape to wrap a present and they gave me a whole roll. Room was clean and stocked.
