Won't be bringing dogs back with me so I won't have to stay in a dog-friendly hotel anymore.

Size of couch bed - not really large enough for 2 people. Also price for dogs doubled.

Pros:

We choose this location because its a good stopping point for our trip. The location looks a little sketchy but it really is a clean and welcoming hotel. Room was comfy and the breakfast was a plus. Restaurants are very close which we enjoy. Easy access to highway.

After the initial rude encounter from the guy, a female receptionist took over and gave great customer service
Pros:

We got a suite and it was very clean and roomy. And the indoor pool connected to the outdoor pool was a very cool, unique feature!

Cons:

At first, the receptionist was ignoring us, and just busying himself without acknowledging we were even there. It was only after my husband was rude, did he give his attention to us. So apparently, we had arrived during hours that were not “check-in” time. BUT, had he acknowledged us and explained that, there would not have been an issue.

Pros:

the suite was good, we had asked for an ADA bathroom but there were none available made it very difficult for my 86 yo father to shower

Cons:

the room could definitely have been cleaner, the sink had to be cleaned on our arrival there was cereal on the floor the fridge had stuff that looked like mold
we checked out a day early

The person who checked us in was really nice and professional.

Cons:

The person behind the counter when we were leaving was non socialable and was on his phone. He didn't say thank for staying or anything.

Couldn’t find my booking so had to book at full price without a discount. It was late so just did it so we could sleep. Staff not very personable because she was called in
