Amabilidad del personal de la cafetería, la ubicación del hotel, el parking es cómodo y amplio.

Cons:

Al ser una noche entre semana y en marzo no todas las habitaciones estaban ocupadas (había habitaciones vacias), y nos ponen en la habitación de al lado, cabecero con cabecero, a unas chicas extranjeras que no paraban de hablar y reir pasadas las 00 de la noche. Creo que este tipo de detalles hacen que no se valore como se debe un hotel de 4 estrellas, porque el hotel no estaba lleno.

Otra cosa que no nos ha gustado es que mi marido se olvidó una sudadera de Pedro del Hierro en la habitación y no ha aparecido, nunca aparecen las cosas perdidas en los hoteles si son buenas y de marca. Esto no se lo puede permitir un hotel Silken de 4 estrellas.

Good but unfortunately quite noisy
Pros:

Excellent location next to Florida Park and so it's just a short walk to old town/city center. We had free parking included, staff was really friendly everything was clean

Cons:

Hotel is a bit dated and windows were horrible so it got really noisy because you thought cars are driving through your room. Which was ennoying because that overshadowed an overall quite satisfying stay.
