Pros:

Freundliches Personal besonders der Empfang beim Frühstück immer sehr freundlich. Frühstück immer lecker und viel Auswahl.

Außergewöhnlich!
Pros:

Als Veganerin fand ich die Auswahl vor allem beim Frühstück, aber auch Abendbuffet und Seehaus Restaurant besonders groß und lecker- echt top! Personal sehr freundlich. Location außergewöhnlich schön, nahe Skigebiet und perfekt zum Erholen.

Cons:

Wir wussten nicht ob/wo es die Bademäntel und Handttücher gibt- bei der Rezeption. Alles top!

Ein sehr schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren hervorragend.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer war groß und sauber.
Die Betten waren super.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts.
Nur das Nebengebäude, in den wir untergebracht waren, ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Wonderful place !
Pros:

A wonderful hotel with a beautiful view and delicious breakfasts! Friendly service and a lovely spa area. The hotel is slightly away from the town center, allowing for greater relaxation and comfort.

Cons:

The water in the jacuzzi was definitely too cold :)

Völlig überteuert, eine absolute Enttäuschung. Da hätten wir das Geld besser anlegen können!

Die Lage und der Ausblick waren sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber unprofessionell. In meinen Augen gehört es zum guten Stil eines gehobenen Hotels, dass man merkt, wenn ein Gast an seinem Geburtstag anreist...

Cons:

Für den aufgerufenen Preis haben wir ein wesentlich gehobeneres Hotel erwartet. Es war sehr sauber, die Suite allerdings sehr klein. Es gab keine Deckenbeleuchtung. Das Licht im Wohnzimmer reicht nicht mal zum Lesen. Alles sehr steril. Der Wellnessbereich renoviert, der Poolbereich aber auch steril und ungemütlich. Das Restaurant war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Von der Atmosphäre hatte es was von Kantine oder Mensa. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber auch nicht mehr. Das Abendessen war es ein No-Go, zumindest für den Preis. Wie gesagt: die Atmonsphäre unterirdisch, es gab nicht einmal Tischdecken! Das Essen entsprach allenfalls einem 3-Sterne-Hotel, wenn überhaupt. Die Auswahl sehr gering, die Qualität kaum Mittelmaß. Die warmen Speisen waren nur noch lauwarm. Wir haben für 2 Übernachtungen mit Halbpension 772 EUR bezahlt, das ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit. Da sind wir anderes gewöhnt!

Ein schönes Hotel, das für seine Gäste da ist
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist extrem gut. Wir hatten eine beeindruckende Aussicht vom Balkon. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab sogar Bademäntel. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und es war überhaupt kein Problem. Zum Essen konnten wir ausweichen, da Tiere nicht mit in den Frühstücksraum dürfen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.
