Did not get the room I believe I ordered. If it was an error the office said it should have been a king size. It was only a double. Musty smell when ac turned on. An alarm in hallway started beeping 4 successive beeps starting at 4am till we got up
Comfortable bed, great breakfast, conveniently located.
The directions were a bit confusing, but once found....no problem.
The staff was nice. Especially the lady who does breakfast. She is so sweet.
Facilities were dingy/dirty. White doors had what looked like black grease on them or just worn down and looked gross. Toilet/sink water ran off and on all night in my room which kept me up, and the bed weren’t very comfortable. Definitely not an Ordinary Hampton stay feeling.
I love Hampton but this one was not so great. This room was pricey for a 3 night stay and I was disappointed with the state of the hotel.
In the words of a famous comedian, “too hot, can’t stand it, hot tub…” The hottest water ever! Be careful. Other wise it is a typical Hampton Inn, i.e. good enough for a night or two. Breakfast included and free parking. TV satellite/cable had a couple of channels freeze off and on. Decent bed but “cotton ball soft” pillows which were useless. Excellent lighting in the room, hallways, and reception area.
Location
Dirty food bags left in first room checked in to. Dirty bath towel left hanging in bathroom in second room given. The towel was white with black handprints and soiled.
It was my first time staying here, the room was nice but after I came back from attending my function, and was preparing for bed, I went to the bathroom to bathe… while using the sink the pipe under the sink fell off and water was everywhere and I had to change rooms. The second room was not as nice as the first one but I was fine because I was leaving the following morning
The property was fine
Hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable. Amenities were good but hotel is showing age peeling paint in the room, plumbing issues., definitely needs a remodel, overall, I would stay here again
The breakfast in the morning was great
Location is minutes from many dine in/take out locations. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are comfortable.
I didnt have an iron to press the clothes I needed. Had neighbors with kids on both sides and was very loud so didn't rest well or have peace the time there.
We had 3 rooms one wasn't the freshess smelling room, we had to speay with a lot of Lysol and turn on the air. The breakfast was a joke. The view of the pool was totally distguishing, one room had no view. The cleaning staff was really nice to us. And was charged $50 to stay 2 extra hours. For a Hilton chain I overall was disappointed.
The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. I had a trailer and there was a good place to park it with lighting and cameras and the desk staff kept an eye on it. Breakfast was good.
The room could use a facelift. Furniture was scuffed, looked rough. it looked like toilet seat has been painted needed to be replaced. The carpet could use a cleaning. When I was leaving I saw a large, dead roach next to the ac unit. Good news ... it was dead. didn't matter but the description said would have bathrobes. there were none.
Location was close to the interstate.
The male clerk that checked us out was very nice. He offered us bottled water to
take with us.
Room furnishings appeared worn. Room
needed to be updated. Unable to get TV to work properly. Unable to connect
to WiFi as well. The room was not worth
the price charged. Will look at other options in the area in the future.
Breakfast was good....Brandon and rest of Staff was excellent
