Pros:

Staff very friendly, washer and dryer, workout room has bottled water station, pool area nice and breakfast is consistently good. I have visited this hotel several times.

Pros:

The room’s window wouldn’t shut. Told desk about it one day and it wasn’t fixed until the next business day. The heating vent in the room har a big issue with it as it made this excruciating loud noise all day and night and waking up several times in the middle of night due to the freezing cold air and wins-breeze. There was also no alarm clock in the room, which I’ve never seem before. The bathroom mirror had over a quarter of the mirror broken and they put it back up with duct tape! When I expressed my concerns with the front desk, i caught off not even allowed to finish my complaint. Also, the insurance on the trip was a complete waste. I tried to cancel it over 24 hours before check in and I unfortunately had Verizon and I had no phone service for about 18 hours. When I went to the reservation to modify it, it told me I had to cancel it lose my money and make a whole new reservation. I thought that was the point of paying for the insurance so again a complete fraud.

Cons:

The breakfast was OK. The staff was as rude as could be.

Location to the airport was perfect. We actually walked there in about 5 minutes.

Our room was on the side of the interstate, and it was very loud and disrupted our sleep.

Front Desk Needs Training!
Pros:

Convenient location from Asheville airport, shuttle ride, and breakfast were all GREAT.
Beds are firm and comfortable.

Cons:

It took 2 hours to check into our room! We arrived around midtnight and didn't get into our room until 2AM. The front desk worker was poorly trained to take vouchers from people who showed up after flights were canceled. There were only 2 people ahead of us and when it was our turn (after 2 hours of waiting in line), we were checked in immediately. The front desk needs to be trained to check in people with reservtions first.

Pros:

The indoor pool after I got in after the 5th try and going to the front desk. I think she activated my room key then

Cons:

My room 114 door handle was broken had to jiggle it after you put in your room key and it turned green. To be able to open the door. Bathroom floor had a crack in it. And the duvet on the bed was ripped. Floor wasn't cleaned because I found two beads on the floor. Will not go back!

Clean, friendly, great shuttle, all the staff was good. Great location.
Pros:

Shuttle service was great. Driver was very accomodating and prompt.

Cons:

Breakfast OK, but not as good as anticipated. The breakfasts used to be better at Holdiay Inn Express hotels.
The pancake "machine" isn't up to par - the old "waffle machines" worked better.
Other pasteries didn't look appealing. I only had the coffee and a yogert.
Bed linens could have been better.

Stay away not returning
Cons:

Was charged more the dates had to be chaged it took 2 hours to check in afterwards and then charge an additional 50 more. Something brown in tube looked like poo...... no shower curtain.
