It was a good clean room. The blackout curtains were very good.

That there was no diverted on the tub, so I could not fill the tub in order to soak.

Cons:

Was dirty. Hadn't been cleaned correctly. One staff member was miserable. They stuff us in a room on the side that there was major construction going on

The location was great. The staff was the friendliest and the best to give tips on where to go.

Total failure for a hotel that caters to airport travelers.

Cons:

I called ahead before booking to confirm the early morning shuttle service. I wasn’t told to advance book it and when we arrived we were told it was full. I also requested parking and when we arrived we were told we had to book it through another service. We live about 60 miles from the airport and only booked for the perceived convenience. Total waste of money and time.

Maids barging in the room , the desk clerk demanding $50 extra for incidentals even after I’d stayed there twice before & paid for anything I got.
