Not real clean we have stayed here before and it has gone downhill. It is definitely in need of updating and cleaning. Don’t think we would stay again.

Very nice hotel and convenient to the Asheville Airport just across the street.
Cons:

I doubt there is anything that can be done about it, but the parking charge on my bill was a surprise. I'm guessing the parking lot is owned by a different entity. General parking should be free. Or at least absorbed in the bill. Extra/surprise charges can dull an otherwise perfect stay.
