Total failure for a hotel that caters to airport travelers.
Pros:

Proximity to the airport

Cons:

I called ahead before booking to confirm the early morning shuttle service. I wasn’t told to advance book it and when we arrived we were told it was full. I also requested parking and when we arrived we were told we had to book it through another service. We live about 60 miles from the airport and only booked for the perceived convenience. Total waste of money and time.

It was a great getaway from our normal day to day.
Pros:

Very close to everything. Hot breakfast was nice.

Cons:

There were no pool towels, and the double room only had 3 towels. Morning hot tub was not hot.
