The pool was nice

Cons:

The hot tub was not in service; the shower was broken and front desk said "sorry" but never offered to fix it or move to another room; my niece didn't want to sleep in the same bed with her boy cousin and the front desk said there were no roll away beds or other options although when I called the hotel to confirm the reservation, i was very clear that we would need a roll away bed for her, so we ended up buying an air mattress for my niece to sleep on; there are very obviously people living there (probably the owners of the hotel) on the 4th floor and it makes it feel like a cheap hotel even though it isn't cheap at all; They wanted to charge me $25 for being 15 minutes early so we had to sit in our car and wait the 15 minutes which was ridiculous. Staff was barely friendly and acted like we were bothering them. Not a great stay. Wont be going back.
