Pros:

Staff was very friendly and kind. Helpful and very accomodating to us. Beautiful views and nice sandy beach. Very pleasant bar and restaurant between the pool and beach. Loved our stay, muy tranquilo.

Cons:

Facility and some aspects are a little old and need some updating.

Debes llegar con anticipación al restaurante y no con demasiada hambre por que la espera es larga

Las areas comunes, la playa y alberca estan padrisimas

Cons:

El servicio del restaurante es demasiado lento. Llegamos el 25 de dic y habia poca gente cenando y nuestros platillos tardaron mas de 50 minutos, al preguntar a la mesera dijo que todavia no estaban lostos que habia poco personal por la fecha pero cuando nos los llevo la comida ya estaba fria y eso que era de las cosas que sirven en tipo sarten de hierro con tabla de madera abajo

I would definately return--every year if possible. The beach front facilities were very nice.
Pros:

The location right on a beautiful beach was fantastic! The outdoor restaurant at the water was also an amazing setting.

Cons:

Staff assistance with the room temperature remote control device was non existent. I gave up and turned off the unit

el restaurante fue bueno más sin embargo la atención de la mesera que nos atendió se perfia mucho y tardaba mucho en traer los alimentos, refil de café, etc...

A run down, dirty place. Avoid.

The beach bar has a nice view.

Cons:

The whole place smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Everything in this place is outdated. Rooms are old old old. beds are terrorizing for spines. The rooms have a smell that reminds of insect spray, yet insects down mind it. Doors don’t shut, cockroaches are in the room, mosquitoes roam freely. The location is not remote. It’s 5k off the beaten path.
