Pros:

The hotel was nice, comfortable. I was glad to see that the pool/hot tub were open until 12. The cleaning staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The first morning we had horrible service from the breakfast servant. Not sure if she was having a bad day or hated her job. She was very short and not helpful at all. We were out of some items and she didn’t and wouldn’t refill them. We seemed to annoy her. Second morning was much better.

Grand stay away in nice little town.
Pros:

We went for the indoor pool and hot tub. The lobby was bar/breakfast area were both really nice. The rooms were good size and beds were fairly comfortable. There’s a decent breakfast in the morning and they do serve drinks and food for reasonable price in evening. It was just nice being out of a city.

Cons:

It’s located in more of an industrial area so nothing within a few mins of walking distance to go to. The pool floor is very slippery with or without shoes and being careful.

OK, have had better. I have stayed there 3-4 other times, and this was the worse.
Pros:

The room and facility was great. The location of the hotel to where we were going was great.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little under rated. There wasn't much food. The eggs and sausage were always out so you didn't get much if any at all. Someone always had to ask the front desk for something, whether it was no utensils or no eggs or sausage or out of coffee. The employee at the front desk that was taking care of it didn't have a good attituded, it was like we were bothering her.

This is a great place to stay. You will not be disappointed.
Pros:

Very nice property. Spotless rooms, comfortable bed. A beautifully cozy lobby.

Overall our stay was manageable but I would not have wanted to stay more then one night!
Pros:

Comfortable room. Breakfast options. Bath & Body Works soap in bathroom.

Cons:

Expired cottage cheese. Unruly guests in pool area (no one monitoring or checking in). Shower backed up & a bunch of hair came out of drain. We did not use the shower anymore during our stay!!!

Love staying at Grand Stay in Rock Valley.
Pros:

We enjoyed the breakfast, pool, and exercise room.

Cons:

It was bad weather so there was no usual HOT breakfast one morning. Sign said we could ask for a burrito or sandwich but didn't want to be an inconvenience. We were satisfied with the yogurt, bagel, and hard boiled egg. Not a huge inconvenience.

Cons:

Hot tub jets weren’t working. Main reason we choose this one over the other is the pool and hot tub.

My family enjoyed the stay we had. The kids walked away saying they had a grand stay at the Grandsta
