Rustig hotel op een steenworp van het strand.
Pros:

Een nette ruime kamer, een groot bed. Leuke inrichting, fijn dat er 2 zwembaden zijn. Leuke sfeer, behulpzame medewerkers. Ook een voordeel dat je kan gebruik maken van een nabijgelegen beachclub, aangezien het hotel niet rechtstreeks aan het strand ligt.

Pros:

Jolie petit hôtel ,personnel sympathique ,niveau qualité /prix correct lors de notre séjour .
Un peu moins de 20 minutes du centre à pied ,nous nous déplacions le plus souvent à vélo

Pros:

Mas que nada es buen hotel para descansar. Hay algunos restaurantes y Beach club relativamente cerca que son tranquilos y tienen buena playa. El personal es amable, aunque en algunas ocasiones nos tocó que no había nadie en el lobby. Por el precio está OK

Cons:

Las rocas de las duchas son muy incómodas. No hay cobertores para el frío, nunca nos rellenaron el agua purificada en las 5 noches que estuvimos. La piscina solía estar vacía, no es invitante, quizá algo de música ambiental en el lobby o área de piscina vendría bien. Las habitaciones tenían demasiados atrapasueños para nuestro gusto

Perfect value for money in Holbox, not luxurious but well maintained and managed
Pros:

Good and convenient, close to the beach and friendly staff. Awesome iguanas in the garden who seem to live there permanently.

Cons:

The gym equipment is completely broken, so, don’t expect that you can do a workout there.

Un po’ distante dal centro e dalle spiagge. Non è ne carne ne pesce. Le piscine non sono gran che quella all ultimo piano anche senza luci.

Architektur, viel Holz, geschmackvolle Details in offener Lobby & bei Pool-Toiletten, schöne Farbakzente der Anlage, Trinkwasser-Spender in Lobby, bequeme Betten, schöne Lichtquellen (Nachttisch, Steh- & Decke), Safe, Kühlschrank, Föhn, Warm-/Heißwasser mit gutem Druck/Strahl in Duschkabine

Cons:

Dezentrale Lage; bei An-/Abreise mit Gepäck steile Holztreppe (ca. 20 Stufen zum 1. Stock/unser Zimmer # 15, weitere 20 zum 2. OG) - kaum Servicepersonal zur Unterstützung; Boden im Zimmer wirkt ungepflegt; (Kosmetik- o. Ganzkörper-) Spiegel im Zimmer wäre schön & praktisch; auf Balkon keine Vorrichtung/Haken für Badesachen zum Trocknen; für 2 Pers. 4 Kleiderbügel (3 Ü) = Standard, aber auf Nachfrage erhielten wir prompt ausreichend mehr Bügel, ansonsten offener Schrankbereich, Meine Tochter nutzte Gym, wirkte etwas ungepflegt. DT-‚Restaurant‘ = ‚tot‘/unattraktiv. Baulärm von nebenan störte uns nicht, wir haben dort nur übernachtet, denn schönere Strände (als ggü im Partner-Hotel HAU) & mehr/bessere Lokale & Shops als in SOHO Umgebung gibt es eher Richtung ‚Zentrum‘. Bei Einbruch der Dunkelheit zu Fuß o. mit Leihrad aufpassen: ‚bumpy‘ Sand- (bei/nach Regen Schlamm-) Piste, zT stockduster
Die schöne Holbox-Zeit scheint vorbei, schade - zuviel Bautätigkeit, teils Vermüllung; manche Strandabschnitte mit viel Algen (zB Punta Coco) …
Wir haben zunächst 3 Tage ‚zentraler‘ gewohnt.

Achtung Baulärm von nebenan - Das Hotel und der Pool sind prima!
Pros:

Das Hotel sieht sehr gut aus. Mir hat auch der Stil der Häuser sehr gut gefallen.
Das Zimmer mit den 2 Betten war o.k. Das Upgrade im 2. Stock mit einem schönen Balkon, mit schöner Aussicht, war super!
Die Mitbenutzung der Strandbar war ebenfalls super!
In der Nähe vom Hotel war eine kleine Restaurant Meile, in der man ausreichend Auswahl hatte.
Es war auf jeden Fall ruhiger als in der Hotelmeile im Zentrum.

Cons:

⚠️ Achtung ⚠️
Neben dem Hotel ist eine riesige Baustelle. Das einzige Zimmer mir 2 Einzelbetten liegt direkt an der Baustelle und ab morgens geht den ganzen Tag lang der Baulärm. Die Behauptung, dass die Arbeiter nur zwischen 10 und 17 Uhr arbeiten stimmte nicht. Am ersten Morgen fingen die Bagger und Presslufthammer sowie laute Musik gegen 9 Uhr an. Am zweiten Morgen schon gegen 8 Uhr und am dritten Morgen gegen 7:30 Uhr.
Wer dort hinfährt, sollte nicht denken, dass die Baustelle bald fertig ist. Es handelt sich um eine Anlage mit vielen Häusern.
Schade, denn das Hotel und die beiden Pools sind prima.

Chambre simple mais agréable . Les piscines, petite salle de sport .

Trop cher pour la prestation offerte .
Il n’y a aucun moyen de se restaurer ou de boire un verre ou café dans l’établissement . Dommage car l’hôtel est loin du centre ville.
Personnel à l’écoute mais ne présente pas l’hôtel et n’explique rien .
Il y a beaucoup de travaux autour de l’hôtel donc c’est très bruyant tôt le matin.
L'hôtel est proche de la plage de Coco mais il y avait beaucoup d’algues donc désagréable idem sur la plage holbox . Il faut donc des vélos pour se rendre au centre ville ou à une plage sans algue .
