Pros:

Check in staff was friendly. We were able to sit in the common area and eat while our kids were swimming. We were close enough that we could still check on them.

Cons:

There was not much for seating in the pool area. Not more than one family could sit in the pool area.

Great location for a weekend getaway!
Pros:

Breakfast was great. I loved all the options for "Grab&Go." The location is the best.
Right on the canal with a view of the bridge. Next to public sauna and deck along the canal.
I love this location!

Snowmobiling trip
Pros:

Location was perfect ! We went on snowmobiling trip was right next to the trail beautiful view.. hot tub and sauna was perfect after a long day of trail riding. Room was big and clean could use a lil bit of a update.

Comfortable but we had some issues
Pros:

Good value for the money. Staff responded to problems very well

Cons:

Smoke detector went off and couldn’t be stopped except to disconnect the ventilation system. We were on the second floor and there is no elevator.

The location is good, right on the water

Cons:

Very dated facility, the carpet was dirty and very worn out. The guy at check in told me that he wasn’t happy that I used Booking for my reservation, told me that he wished I’d just gone thru them directly

The clerk did not accommodate a 78 year old disabled man. Instead telling him he had to use the stairs or find another hotel. Charged me $250 for smoking in the room which I didn't do

Meh, it was ok to look at the water.
Pros:

We booked there because it had a bar/restaurant which NOT open and hasn’t been for years!!!
Also dryer was not working.

Nice hotel not enough staff
Pros:

Rooms were clean. Pool area was spotless. Jacuzzi was broken. Daytime staff and second shift staff were very nice midnight shift girl by the name April was totally inappropriate rude and had many vocal outbursts referring to customers as dumbasses. I would list the food as mediocre for the Continental breakfast.
