Một nơi nghỉ ngơi dễ chịu ở Huế
Pros:

Khách sạn tuy cũ nhưng mọi thứ đều sạch sẽ, hồ bơi được làm sạch mỗi sáng, phòng của tôi ở tầng 3 có cầu thang riêng dẫn xuống hồ bơi. Nhân viên lễ tân và buồng phòng rất thân thiện. Đặt grab di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan và ăn uống khá rẻ và thuận tiện. Không sang trọng nhưng rất dễ chịu.

Cons:

Khóa cửa hơi khó dùng, cách âm hơi kém.

A comfortable stay at Orchid Riverside for our short stay in Hue!
Pros:

Good location, very kind staff, large pool to cool off from the heat. Air conditioning and fan were great! We only stayed one night in Hue and Orchid Riverside was a great place for our stop over.

Cons:

Phòng máy lạnh bị hư k mát chút nào. Khi vào nhận phòng mình đã báo với nhân viên về máy lạnh k mát. Nhưng nhân viên nói một chút nữa mát mà mình đợi từ lúc nhận phòng 2 giờ đến 3gio30 chiều vẫn k một chút mát. Mình ở cùng 2 bé con nhỏ mà vào mấy ngày hè nắng nóng với máy lạnh bị hư như vậy thì cực kỳ khó chịu. Đến tối mình đi tham quan về khách sạn bật máy lạnh lên nữa vẫn k mát, lại phải gọi nhân viên lên, nhân viên lúc này mới lên kiểm tra máy lạnh thấy không mát thì nhân viên nói máy bị hư và mình đề nghị đổi phòng khác, nhân viên nói là hết phòng rồi , sau đó nhân viên đem vào cho mình một cây quạt. Mình cực kỳ khó chịu, con cái nóng nực khóc la, lúc này mình đã định đi khách sạn khác ngay lập tức. Nhưng vì đã đêm tối con cái nhỏ cần đc ngủ nghỉ nên đã phải mở cửa sổ ra ngủ đỡ. Rất khó chịu.
