On the whole i enjoyed my 5 nights stay
Pros:

i like clean big main lobby and the basement carpark entrance where i can enter with my wheelchair

Cons:

No access for handicapped people from the front of hotel

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Quiet centralised. It's easy going to a lot of places by foot.

Cons:

Bedsheets and pillow cases were stained. Curtains torn and dusty. Windows also full of dust. Bath tub leaking water when showering. Kettle cover broken.

Great value stay in central Kluang with convenient parking
Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location in the heart of Kluang, with plenty of dining options and services within walking distance. The private parking next to the hotel was especially useful for our road trip.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable overall, and the bathroom had a very strong shower, which was one of the best parts of the stay.

Cons:

There were some housekeeping and maintenance issues. The air-conditioning was leaking, and the bedsheets had stains, which affected the overall experience.
