L’installation de l’Acova/porte serviettes dans la douche… à revoir !
L’homme à l’accueil le jour de notre arrivée était loin d’être hospitalier et très condescendant. Le lendemain, les 2 femmes à l’accueil étaient cependant adorables.

Amazing hotel centrally located
Pros:

This is not our first stay at this hotel and needless to say it won’t be our last. We love the central location ideal for the Arena and sightseeing and restaurants. The staff are super friendly and helpful with nothing too much trouble. The rooms are cleaned daily and a good size with comfy beds and so quiet you’re always guaranteed a good nights sleep. Although a continental breakfast there is a good variety of food with plentiful coffee/tea/juices etc. Yes, most definitely our first choice of hotel to stay when we’re in Verona.
