Lovely clean & comfortable hotel in an ideal central location.
Pros:

The San Luca hotel is in a brilliant location, probably only 200 meters from the Piazza Bra. It’s tucked away so nice & quiet. (The approach isn’t very pretty but one inside you forget about that). The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was modern and spotlessly clean & comfortable, especially the bed! There is air conditioning in each room which was working efficiently. We had a really comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

The only thing that wasn’t too good was the breakfast. We hadn’t pre-booked it but tried it on the first morning. I think it was 13 Euros each. It was a typical continental breakfast which is absolutely fine but, in this instance, it was all rather dry and uninviting and the breakfast room itself isn’t especially inviting as it has no windows and very harsh lighting. This didn’t affect our stay at all though. The coffee was excellent!

Pros:

Sehr nah an der Arena, sehr freundlich, Rezeption tag und Nacht besetzt. Sehr schöne Innenräume. Leckeres Frühstück mit mehrsprachiger Bedienung!

The location and staff could not be better for visiting this wonderful city.
Pros:

The property was well maintained and very clean and the location for everything you wanted to see was perfect The staff www wonderful friendly and knowledgeable .

Cons:

Just little things .The entrance with dried flowers and them on display throughout distracted from the rest of the hotel.
Paper cups in the bedroom for tea and coffee.

Hotel é bem localizado e os funcionários são gentis.

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ser melhor. E o ar condicionado não funciona! Fui na recepção duas vezes em dias seguidos pedir ajuda e mandaram alguém ao meu quarto dizendo que estava tudo normal, mas definitivamente o ar condicionado não fica gelado, não é possível escolher a temperatura e me disseram era assim mesmo.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, um zu Fuß in die Innenstadt zu gehen. Die Arena ist sehr nah.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum und die Lobby könnten etwas erneuert werden.

Perfetto per vedere l’opera all’arena
Pros:

Perfetto per raggiungere l’arena. È veramente a due passi. Noi l’abbiamo prenotato principalmente per questo motivo: finito lo spettacolo, la sera, è impagabile raggiungere l’albergo in pochi minuti. Il secondo motivo è il comodo parcheggio interrato privato. Colazione buona sé pur non eccezionale. Camere rimodernate e confortevoli.
