The river view

Cons:

The receptionist wasn’t very helpful, she watched me and my daughter struggle to find the luggage cage, but instead we had to make several trips to get to our luggage to the lifts and up to the room. When asked why the late check in, she replied they had VIPS checking out late. So rude and uncalled for

Enjoyed the stay
Pros:

The convenience of where I needed to be for appointments and found the reception gentleman very obliging and thought the breakfast included was great

Cons:

My room was overlooking a roof and would have preferred a higher floor which is what I thought I booked and the room need a little updating

A clean & spacious hotel room , perfect for our overnight stay
Pros:

Beautiful spacious heritage style hotel room, perfect for our overnight stay prior to our cruise departure. The room was immaculate, comfortable beds, & lovely bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located close to port parking facilities. The reception staff were super friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Classic hotel on a bend in the river
Pros:

Lovely place, tasteful, classic decor and indeed the views are lovely.

Cons:

Unfortunately I arrived rather late. No 24 hour room service for snacks and nothing much in the vicinity. Kitchen closes at 9:00.
