Pros:

Easy location to get to. Close to city and Entertainment Centre without being in the thick of it. Comfortable bed with ample pillows. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We have stayed in a few places in Brisbane and this is by far the best. Clean, tidy and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff that will treat you like a person, not a number.

Cons:

The shower head didn't have a great deal of pressure, which is something that I prefer.

Bed was very comfortable,spacious room

Cons:

Communication was poor, were not informed at check in due to PH labour day breakfast would commence at 7am. Another guest at breakfast discovered a dead cockroach by the toaster. One staff was discussing her displeasure of internal hotel issue,broken coffee machine.. Had to ask to stop conversation as I didn't want listen to it whilst eating by breakfast. She apologised of course..end of story. These things should happen in the first place. Parking underneath hotel is charged at 20.00 per day..wasn't told this either at check in.
