One night stay before flight home
Pros:

Great room, onsite parking, good breakfast, pool access and helpful staff and was able to arrange a last minute late check out. Hair dryer also available.

Cons:

Parking has has a daily expense
Complimentary water being available in the room would have been a nice touch.

Still waiting for my $200 mini bar deposit to be returned....
Pros:

The room was comfortable and well furnished.

Cons:

The $200 deposit (for the mini bar?) they demand on arrival and then don't refund when you check out.
Bearing in mind the rooms are $260 a night (paid in advance) this deposit seems excessive.
Also they actually take the money rather than just put a hold on it.

Excellent place to stay.
Pros:

Excellent place to stay.
I liked everything about the property, I would definitely rebook.
Clean, comfortable, nice food and friendly staff.

Cons:

Not much I didn’t like.really, just the bar fridge door opened the opposite way to the cabinet door that covered it and then hit an oversized coffee table and was very hard to access.

Disapointing as last stay was fantastic!!
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Decor lovely.
Breakfast was nice in restaurant.

Cons:

Shower head not good (? Need flushing with vinegar to clear blocked holes) and poor water pressure making it difficult to rinse hair.

Room service delivered an expensive steak COLD, it wasn't covered to keep warm and undercooked. No offer to rectify when room service delivery person informed.

Restaurant coffee machine not serviced for breakfast custumers, no water, then no beans, then grinds needed emptying and took ages to rectify each fault, despite hardly anyone in the restaurant.

Disapointing as last stay was fantastic!!

Fabulous corner room with river views
Pros:

Loved the corner room on the 4th floor with stunning river views. The decor of the hotel is very classy.
Great bar with lots of cocktails on offer.

Cons:

Internet was down for the second day of my stay.
The hotel is right on one of Brisbane’s main highwqys and the front/river facing rooms will be loud throughout the night.
