Comfortable bed

Cons:

Stairs up to room with heavy suitcase not ideal. Staff said that my bag would be brought to room but wasn't. I was left going back to reception and having to take up stairs myself.

Reception staff were not overly welcoming.

Definitely worth the money .Staff were very lovely.The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Very nice and clean apartment.
Has room service ,restaurant and mini bar if you can’t get to the shops for food
Someone always at reception 24/7 if you want or need anything

Cons:

The carpark can get quite full at night if you get back late and there should be 1 designated spot for each room

Would recommend for accommodation.
Pros:

Convenient location. Staff were helpful and everything in the room was as I would expect for the price.

Cons:

Restaurant was expensive. Had dinner elsewhere in town and came back to have dessert. Again it was expensive and what we ate was quite average considering the price.

We were surprised at the price of all the meals on the menu. To be in the heart of cattle country the prices of steaks were up there with large city prices.

We only a quick 1 night stay but it was lovely, from the reception to the room, the layout, the comfy beds and easy parking made it so good.

A stay that was a cut above most country hotels.
Pros:

Very nice room. Lovely comfy bed with crisp white linen. Room was well lit, tastefully decorated and had a great shower.

Cons:

Bathroom had no exhaust fan. The hotel restaurant was probably great, but we didn’t try it because the prices were outrageous, more expensive than fine dining in Melbourne, where we come from and eat out often.
