Wanna be 5 hotel star but in fact nicely furnished motel
Pros:

This supposed to be 5 star hotel. Yes you do get room service, you get robes (cheap thin ones) they change towels every day (if you need) and you get overpriced minibar. The room decor was nice. The bed was OK. The loby was nice. This review would be different if they market themselves as 3 or 4 star

Cons:

The bathroom was putrid. They don't provide tooth brush or toothpaste. The shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gell are cheap Coles "thankyou" brand. The shower head was pass used by date (see pictures) Seriously why wasn't it changed is beyond me. The batroom is strange. The room where is sink and cupboard and hair dryer does not have doors. I couldn't see any slipper provided either. The room smelled a bit like old shoes. The welcome message on TV had someone else's name, discovery channel and various news channels were on TV but no signal. No free bottled water in the room. The other big issue is that the window in the room is the one on external corridor. You have to have blinds closed all the time because 1) room is too dark even during the day 2) people are walking pass your window all the time. The flat sheet on the bet did not cover the whole mattress at the end where your feet are. To be honest I never seen it like this. Unfortunately noone asked me at the checkout how was my stay... Otherwise I would tell them about the shower and other issues as a positive criticism..... For the money I paid per night on outskirts of Tamworth.... I won't be back
