Always enjoy stying a the Powerhouse when we are in town for work or play.
Pros:

The rooms are well appointed and very classy.

Cons:

Some undercover parking options would be great. We ride motorbikes and in Winter they get covered in dew which makes for an uncomfortable morning start.

A surprise to have such a high quality hotel in regional Australia.
Pros:

Beautifully appointed hotel and rooms. Wonderful dinner venue. Great menu and although pricey the meal was superb.

Cons:

I read that the rooms had soundproofing however it was not sufficient to block out the noise of large trucks driving past on the A road during the night.

Pros:

Powerhouse Hotel in Tamworth exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was very well presented and clean. We stayed in a Two Room Family Apartment and it had everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay there again next time we visit Tamworth. Highly recommend.
