Pros:

The staff. Polite. Helpful.
The food at the restaurant. Amazing. Very big portions tho. Smaller portions. Smaller prices. I would've loved a dessert but I was too full!!
The wait staff very attentive.
Close to everything.
Our lovely courtyard.
Reusing towels ,no daily clean and getting $10 credit for food!! Very eco friendly.

Cons:

The pool was weird. You couldn't do laps. But pretty to look at.

Great practical and functional suite, perfect for a stop over night in tamworth
Pros:

We were in suite 101 and it was great. Lots of extras that would help if you were staying longer - toaster and some plates and cutlery. Nice to have a courtyard from main area too. tv in both rooms was great too.

Cons:

It is quite hard to negotiate your way in and out of the shower given the door and size. The shower head keeps swinging around with water pressure, but the shower was nice once in it.

Great weekend
Pros:

I like there were balconeys ,screens and air con. Very clean,staff great nothing was to much trouble.

Cons:

That we couldnt get the jug under the tap in the bathroom to get water to make a cuppa.
We had to buy bottled water to use.

Will stay there again if I’m in the area, great job.
Pros:

Looked great on arrival, nothing was an issue for the staff. Pool is great, kids enjoyed it.

Cons:

Only thing was the shower head, that’s it.

Good and being able to have food etc on site is super convenient
Pros:

Room service meals was delicious.
Lady in attendance that served us at breakfast next morning was so lovely and food was fast and delicious
