Prav was,again, amazing!! The hotel is clean and well maintained. It is an amazing value and offers many things hotels at this price do not.
I almost had zero negative things to say after 3 nights. However, tonight I was doing my laundry. The facilities are outside. I was not comfortable leaving my things so I sat quietly across from the washer. I assume someone complained for a reason unbeknownst to me. The night staff told me to wait in my room for my laundry to be done. And that one simple interaction at the end of a hard taxing day was enough to make me question if I will return to this hotel. Telling a grown adult they cannot monitor the items they own but instead have to leave them outside unsecured is pretty unacceptable in my opinion. Put the washer inside if it’s that much of a problem.
The guy at the front desk was rude. He charged my card twice for a 50 dollar deposit and only refunded one. When u called to have him correct it, he hung up in my face. This is bad all the way around
The front desk clerk was not hospitable. I told him not to use the card on file, because I was paying with a different card, but he did anyway and it declined. The same thing happened to the customer after me, she said she was paying with cash, he said OK, we just need to put a card on file incase of damages then he charged her card for the room.
Front desk service. I left and didn't get a room.

They are liars nd some bad addicts were given the key to my room BY THE STAFF when I was gone and the staff broke into my room and destroyed my things. I told the front office and they denied it even though I have hidden camera proof. I WILL BE SUIG’
What breakfast? AT 6:30 only saw Granola bars and coffee.
Floors were so Sticky that we had to wear shoes even just to get out of bed. Due to the floors didn't feel safe about taking a shower.
