The breakfast was good and the workers were nice.
The bad was hard.
The atmosphere and cleanliness
We had no working tv and was not given and different tv or another room was offered a free ice-cream
The property is centrally located, the room was very functional, and the breakfast selection was good. The gym was nice. Very visible in the lobby not tucked in a back corner.
We were on the second floor and it reeked of marijuana. The pet fee was higher ($75)than anywhere else. We’ve stayed even much nicer facilities. It’s a pretty basic hotel, outdoor pool, no Jacuzzi hot tub.
No adjustable showerhead just a basic shower. Staff said they could not print a receipt because it was booked through Booking.
Our first day out and no one came in and cleaned our room I had to ask to get it clean We needed wash rags and of course we did not get them when we needed them.
Nothing
Everything, service, dirty rooms
They had bed bugs, I sent proof to booking.com and I was denied a refund. Not sure if I will use booking.com again.
Bed bugs on the bed
All the best
It was alright sausage tasted weird some of the eggs were under cooked.
The fact you charge me a pet deposit then want to charge me 200 dollars cause you say my dog peed on a towel will never stay at any of your hotels again.
