The staff was very accommodating on short notice. Having coffee available in the lobby was wonderful.
Some of the facility locks are damaged/bypassed. This often encourages/emboldens bad actors.

Our room was on the first floor. There was no elevator so I requested this and it was no issue. Our bed was a king and surprisingly it was extremely comfortable. The inn is going through remodeling right now but we never heard anything or smelled paint, nothing. This is an older inn but our room had been completed and was extremely nice and clean. The location was perfect. Lots of shopping around this area and lots of restaurants to chose from. Right next to the interstate as well. We were five miles from the National Quilt Museum and the Carson Center for our scheduled show. I would definitely stay overnight here again with no problem.
Only one table set up for coffee but they are remodeling and that room is full of boxes for renovation. The outside of the site needs to be completed with flowers and new plants but again, they are in the process of doing so.
The location and the young man Dan at the counter when I checked in was helpful. He moved me from a room that stunk like wet dog to a room that didn’t stink so bad. I realized that the property is under renovations, but if it’s gonna be a pet friendly hotel, I would suggest that the room they rent for pets. They don’t give to people that don’t have pets because the room really smelled bad and made my allergies act up terribly.
Room 111 that I stayed in didn’t appear to be clean. There was blood stains on the sheet and pillows. Dan got me a clean set of sheets. This was the second room he put me in the first room stunk like wet dog. The towels were barely bigger than hand towels, and thin and stained.
I asked for a partial discount, but I didn’t get one. The room was absolutely disgusting. The ice bucket still had melting water in it and when I put the fan on, I had to put a towel over the filter because it smelled so bad. The cabinets in the bathroom were broken and falling down.

Our first room wasn't clean the bed sheets were dirty and the bathtub didnt drain properly And the Wi-Fi didn't work. But our second room wasn't so bad but still no Wi-Fi and that tub didn't drain properly either.
