Pros:

Die Lage war gut nur eine Station vom Osaka Bahnhof entfernt und auch direkt an die Loop line angebunden.

Cons:

Wir haben für fünf Personen zwei Apartments gebucht, wobei eins dieser Apartments größer und angemessener für drei Personen war. Im anderen Apartment wäre es sehr eng geworden. Die Vergabe der Apartments erschien aber zufällig.

Es gab Gebrauchsspuren am Boden und den Wänden. In einem der Apartments war hinter dem Schlafsessel ein größeres Loch. Ansonsten war das Apartment aber sehr sauber.

Très bien situé, très propre. Draps et serviettes comprises.
Contact très facile avec le loueur.
Check-in très bien expliqué.

Cons:

J'avais loué pour 3 personnes. Il y avait 1 lit double 2 lits d'appoint à déplier. La literie du canapé dépliable a fait son temps, il est inutilisable car très inconfortable. J'ai donc opté pour le lit dépliable qui était raide mais plus confortable.
Pas de table et chaises pour se poser et manger si besoin car pas de place.

非常好，挺适合半个月左右的旅行
Pros:

地理位置很好，5分钟能到达阪神、JR东西线，10分钟之内能到达JR大阪环状线，去大阪站换乘，去机场和环球影城，到大阪市内各个景点，都非常便利。晚上外面没什么人，挺安静安全，楼下和周围有些饭店，对面有全家便利店。

Excellent location and comfortable room
Pros:

The location was excellent, walking distance to a train station. There's a convenience store literally across the street and a lot of local restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for your travels.

Pros:

room space is enough large. all equipment is available. especially laundry machine and can be dried up in the bathroom in 2-3 hours. you dont need to bring many clothes.
